I am a motorcycle man. I have trusted iWare, Kevin to fulfill the needs of my restrictive eyewear wearing policies. Every pair of glasses I require cannot be held together by any bolts or screws of any sort or they will vibrate apart and I will be left in the middle of nowhere thousands of miles away from home and blind. Not only have I entrusted him with this task, but I have also trusted him with my 11-year-old son who is quite hard on his glasses. Kevin has exceeded every and all expectations going on a decade or more regarding the needs and I will gladly pay for his craftsmanship and his artistry, not to mention he has a fantastic warranty policy in effect in the event that you need to exercise that right. When purchasing lenses and frames Kevin is upfront and explains to you the value that he brings when you buy products from him. Make sure to schedule your appointment online, you get him for a half an hour, one on one to find the frame, the proper fit, and the desired lenses and needs of those lenses with his undivided attention. Support local business stop shopping for cheap plastic junk at Costco. Kevin, you’re an amazing individual and I thank you for allowing me to see the world through the eyes of the lenses that you provide and the frames that everybody seems to complement me on. . Phil

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kevin. My optician of 40 years retired and shut down his several years ago. For the last 6 years I was unable to get a comfortable pair of glasses, specially from chain stores, some big-box shops too. I finally found out about IWARE NorthEast. I feel blessed. I am now wearing the most comfortable pair of glasses since six years ago, thanks to Kevin for leading me to a perfect pair. Service and attention as well as a good fit is what matters to me. They provide excellent service and have gone above and beyond each time Not only to make me look good, but also when I needed help with repairs, and the quality of their work is excellent. Took a big leap from my normal black/grey after seeing a great selection and found the perfect glasses for the next big step and have been really happy with them. I had a great experience getting my glasses fixed. They are friendly, professional, and very careful about COVID19. They have a wide variety beautiful frames. I look forward to returning to this shop when I need my next pair of glasses.

I have taken in my glasses here a couple of times with a broken hinge. I came in with the closest matching piece I could find online (that wasn't great) and they made it work. They have been super helpful even with me just coming in with tiny annoying projects :). Couldn't recommend more!

Amazing quality, selection, and service. The "shop by appointment" feature ensures you will have an uninterrupted session. Kevin looked for LITERALLY MONTHS to find the frames that I preferred. Voila they are now upon my face.Do yourself and your eyes a favor and get to IWare Northeast!
