I been going to Valvoline for years and decided to try jiffy lube. Jamar was the one I want to lift up. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try and force me to buy products I don’t need like Valvoline does every time I go in there. I will continue to go to this specific jiffy lube since I had such a great experience. Thank you!

I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for well over a year. I always receive wonderful customer service every time I go. The staff is really friendly, personable, and helpful. I never feel pressured when they suggest other services, unlike other companies. They’re a great team and that’s what keeps me going back.

Came in for the an oil change wasn't expecting nothing major, but once I got in manager Jamar and team was so delightful and amazing. I appreciated the feedback from him and not forcing me to purchase stuff I didn't need. Great vibe and energy from everyone.

I would like to comment on the service. I received at the Brooklyn Park location Minnesota. I have been using Jiffy Lube for a number of years. The crew there was very Professional and was on point..lead man Jamal informed me of things I never knew jiffy lube does that was helpful in many ways. Haven't seen a team like this since Kirby Puckett thank you guys ?

This is my first time coming to this location, a this was a horrible experience. The guy kentrail was very very rude with me. He was very demanding telling me to open my hood and asking what kind of oil I want. He wanted to charge me $5 a tire for air I thought that was ridiculous he was so unprofessional. The only reason I’m giving a five star rating is because the manager Jamar came out and spoke with me, he was nice and helpful with the situation. Jamar made me feel welcome and respected. Thank you Jamar I’ll be back
