Went in to get a pair of shoes, asked a young guy for a size and he disappeared for a minute and came back to put the shoe we asked about back on display, then turned to us and asked if we had been helped yet. When we explained that yes we had just asked him about a size he said âoh we donât have itâ. When we asked about another size he said âthey donât run that bigâ and then walked away. He did not go to check, mind you the display size was a size larger than what we had asked for. We left disappointed and feeling like if another employee had helped us maybe we would have found what we were looking for. The employee that helped us did not seem to care about his job at all, I wish I would have gotten his name. We ended up ordering online.

Not the best experience at this Journeys. Iâm not sure what direction management gives to the employees regarding helping customers, but it is very overbearing and overwhelming. Be prepared to be asked by 4-5 employees if you need help within a 2 minute span, and be prepared to be brought shoes to try on you didnât ask for. I get the sense the employees work on commission and therefore are trying really hard to make sales, but it is off putting to customers.

I came into journeys the other day looking for a new pair of everyday shoes! I had a lovely experience with the sales associate Cal, he offered outstanding customer service. He gave me options to chose from, with each option giving me a choice between some pretty fashionable pairs of socks to match and amazing fashion advice only making me want to continue coming back to the store for future purchases! I left feeling confident in my purchase and in uplifting spirits, the whole store was very kind:) thanks Cal!

Amazing costumer service. Me and my friend went in and one of the employees came up to my friend and asked âwould u like to try the shoes onâ He was so polite. Also I tried on a bunch of sizesđbut he still didnât mind bringing them. In the end we bought both pares and also I didint ask for her name but this other employee was really sweet and really encouraging on buying socksđReally amazing people. Hopefully next time we shop we see them again and helps us. W EMPLOYEES

Ramos and Cal went above and beyond to help my friend find a pair of shoes that fit her needs perfectly. We initially went to a high end store and received mediocre service with a lackluster care to help. Ramos and Cal couldn't have been more opposite to that experience. They were patient, attentive, and researched her needs to be as helpful as possible.
I would absolutely recommend this team!

Checkout process was horrible. Our cashier for one had the need to tell us that we can put the display shoe back where we found it all rudely. We were going to do that regardless but a bit off putting when a paid employee tells u to do their job. She then decides to answer the phone mid transaction without bagging our shoes and printing our receipt. This rather large Hispanic employee (Diana) comes and prints it and harshly throws the receipt at us. Disrespectful to say the least but not surprising. Tell the employees to not bring their misery to work.

There employees were literally on drugs they couldnât concentrate to do an exchange they kept passing us on to the next employee they saw. We were there for 30 minutes just to do a simple exchange.

I was there on Sunday and got 4 pairs of shoes. Two pairs of shoes were for my six-year-oldâs birthday. When I got home, there was only one shoe in my box. I immediately called back to the store, letting them know what happened and there was no apology. No nothing. After telling him that I live 45 minutes away and I have three kids one was special needs, he proceeded to tell me just to come back. I let him know that I could not come back. He told me he would have his manager reach out to me. I waited two days and nobody reached out to me so I ended up having to call into the store and speaking with the manager directly the manager then said she would send text me for my address and send me the shoe. It is now Friday and I have never received a text or any indication that they were going to send me my shoe. I work retail and I understand that things happen but this is horrible customer service and for the record I will be returning everything I bought.
