Tim and David were amazing to work with. Tim set up viewings around our two busy schedules and holidays. They walked us through the process every step of the way (which as a first time buyer I needed). Tim even reached out after couple months later checking on us and reminding me to complete the radon retesting).
They both listened to us and what our needs/wants were. They found homes within our means and graphical area of interest. They not only made our home buying process as easy as possible, but also as comfortable as possible.
Tim was great at pointing out pros and cons of each house and gaging our interest level. He always knew the right questions to ask which was so helpful.
We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family and use them again in the future. We were both beyond impressed with their A+ service.

About 6 years ago I somehow ended up on KW's list to bother - I was getting multiple calls a week (sometimes multiple calls a day). After a ton of follow up, I finally got the calls to stop...only for Chris from KW Integrity Lakes to call me out of the blue with a made up story of an expired listing and telling me to call him IMMEDIATELY. I asked him to never contact me again, but he's the kind of guy who just has to have the last word so it continued. Whatever you do, don't let KW get your contact info.
