I've been very happy working with Koehler and Dramm over the years. We buy baby's breath, rose hips, hypericum berries, reindeer moss, amaryllis bulbs and poinsettias. We incorporate these things into our balsam wreaths. They have a route they drive in Northern MN and they deliver right to my workshop on our farm. I"ve just been very happy with their service over the years. A+

I'm a new business. Well the floral part is new. I do container gardening for people and sell pots already done. I have been met with nothing but RUDE sales associates and not able to open an account. Small women own business need not apply. I can name many many accounts who have and do not resell. Or are even in the floral business. The staff are RUDE and I will continue to send people in to buy wholesale for me that have no retail business and just use this place to decorate their homes.

Person in Receiving department was a total mess. Going off at my driver for no reason whatsoever, maybe had a rough morning. Please be cautious and careful around this person, they are very rude and have disgusting behavior.

I'm giving this place 3 1/2 stars, mostly because you really can't find this big a variety of fresh flowers and greens as well as vases & silk flowers anywhere else in town. I got almost everything that I came for, except irises (had to go to Bachman's for those!). So 4 stars for the selection and quality. But 2 stars for the service. While the nice man who wrote our order up was very friendly and we didn't have to wait for that part very long, for some reason, after that it took forever to find someone to actually take our money. They did apologize and say they were short-staffed that day, but for the week of Art In Bloom, they really ought to make sure they have adequate staff. Next time, I might do an online order. Wondering if that might work out better. But then if they are out of certain things, you might not know until you go to pick it up.

They never seem to have flowers and the ones that they do have are in very poor condition. I just can't rely on them so I will be looking for another main wholesaler to shop from

Unfortunately, I can not recommend K&D. The shop I work for has used K&D as their main supplier for years, but about 8 months ago and after our sales person screwed up an order for the millionth time we had no choice but to make a change. We were given a new sales person, but It's pretty clear this guy is burnt out or just flat out hates his job by his lack of customer service skills, his complete disregard for his clients needs and lack of respect for his customers.

I've had broken items, poor quality florals, deliveries that weren't shipped out or missing items. My sales rep is awful! She's forgetful and NEVER answers the phone! Takes days to return phone calls, if at all. I was told I would get replacement for broken item back in December and she keeps forgetting to put it in with my order. Then requested a credit and still no credit! Called twice last week and no return phone call! I need to be able to trust my suppliers and after giving the benefit of the doubt several times, I give up!
