Purchased a product from this company online. They sent me a different product and their customer service does not respond. Though they happily charged my account (immediately). Called the company directly and their automated phone system does not have a customer service or sales department.

Wow, the Kinetic Sensor and App are a steaming pile of garbage and have been for years. Absolute waste of money.
