I went here when i was little and im at a loss of words for how great this place is. I will never forget how these amazing people treated me like their own daughter, they knew my situation transitioning from my mom, foster care and then finally to my grandmas. I felt so at home always safe and never wanted to go home because i always had the best days. I love you guys for what youve done for me. Ill visit very soon!

Please, if you care about the health and well-being of your children, do NOT send them to this unprofessional business; particularly if they have any developmental needs or have special education. The women who run this organization have NO business operating a business, let alone one responsible for the safety of young children. I can't believe this place is still open with how many folks have removed their children after consistent complaints. It breaks my heart to think that there are kids still in the care of this place.

Rated by EX lead teacher Pamela Lee. It was a nightmare for me working here. I didn't last a year in this jungle. This is the inside scope. In my opinion The women here were competitive followers and I quickly realized I didn't want to be there long term so resigned timely. I felt like administration had favoritism over the children and it showed. This place nearly turned me against predominantly black work environments. The women were very catty and one of them at least regularly showed subtle hostility. Administration also had their favorite staff members who they pitched against their less favorable ones. If no one else noticed this I did. Administration only excused the mistakes of their favorite staff and was quick to penalize the less favorable. In their efforts to create positive progress at the center among children they would place blame on teachers for the inability of the children. I never understood this and accepts I never will, administration had failed to consider the demographic area of the children we served. I remember walking on egg shells towards the end of my employeement here. It was inconceivable but I knew what I needed to do after the realization of the faults of administration. For me the decision was easy due to an eye opening experience. This environment often had a unwelcoming feel to it for me. But administration tried convincing me that it was me making my own experience a negative one. Which was not true. I had reported things in hope that it will get better for me there only to have it back fire against me. So what this establishment had taught me is to learn who people are before you report any staff member for something negative at a new job.You never know who are friends with who. I always felt that administration had their favorite staff and they may very well have good reasons cool, but it shouldn't show to such extreme. I've always felt that administration was far from fond of me. Im some what eccentric I hear. But its no reason to exclud. was excluded. I felt alienated there and to be subject of blame for children these children who already had very high level of behaviors befor my employeement was unfair. Especially since no one if offering the necessary tools to even start to fix the problem.

I am on child #2 at La Creche and my experience has been wonderful. My first child (now in 4th grade), attended La Creche from 1 yrs old until age 5 and learned so much in that time. He still has fond memories of the people and his time there. My daughter has been there since 5 months and she is now 3. She is showing the same intellectual abilities that my son showed while at La Creche and she loves it. My experience has been that the staff are very loving and have shown care to my children. I understand that everyone has different experiences, however, my experience has been nothing but positive.

Not even worth the one star I gave them. If you love you're children please do not send them here. Unorganized and Unprofessional are a couple of words to describe this place. They will spell you're child's name wrong. Confusing them into not knowing the spelling. I don't know how they got their accreditation because I don't see any learning going on here. I pick up my kids and their watching television that's not educational. The directors are rude and have no concern for anything you tell them. I called and left a message for her and she relayed a message through a bus person, didn't even have the respect to call me back. I called and said that I am working two jobs and its hard for me to get my kids to school when they canceled the bus service with no notice and was told ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE. I feel like they are defensive and unable to see a parent as a parent. everything that is brought to their attention is defended and is not shown any mutual concern or respect.
