Lars and his team made this whole process as easy as possible. Buying a house and selling another within a month should be stressful, but with Lars the whole process felt easy and fun. Big shout out to Mariah for keeping us updated step-by-step throughout. Could not recommend Lars enough!

Lars and his team were phenomenal through our buying/selling process. He provided plenty of resources from staging, cleaning, repairs, etc. to get our house in tip top shape for sale. He helped us get multiple strong offers over asking on our house. And on the buying side he was a strong negotiator and helped get our offer accepted quickly without overpaying. Communication and responsiveness were very strong throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Lars to others.

I worked with Lars and Mariah earlier this year when I was looking to move out of state. He quickly set me on the path to get my house ready to list including an endless list of people to hire to get things done...which quickly became a necessity when I had an offer much faster than expected. Lars Anderson is professional, quick to respond, follows through on his commitments, and has a network of helpful contacts.
