They have a variety of washing machines ranging from small (1-2) loads to extra large (8-10) loads. The price ranges from $3.25-$20, with extra soil, hot wash and extra prewash costing a quarter upcharge for each. They have a lot of dryers, in 3 different sizes, with all of them starting at .25 cents for every 4 min. but the cost doesn't change per cycle you want. Your able to fit a lot of clothes in their dryers and they work well. All the machines are pretty clean and the place is kept pretty clean as well. They have TV's for entertainment, drink and snack dispensers, laundry dispenser and change machines for quarters. They also have a man and woman rest rooms and counters to fold your clothes on, also some chairs to sit on. There open 24/7 so you can do your laundry any time of day or night that you prefer.

I've always had no issues here until today. I went to the Subway right next to it, and I was only gone for 10 minutes after putting my clothes in. When I came back to check if my clothes were done, the worker had taken them out and placed them near the trash can, letting people move them around. I've never had this problem before. When I talked to the worker, she was rude and didn't care, and she didn't even ask me or anything. I will not be coming back here again.

The washing machine detergent compartment of my washing machine was clogged. Told the attendant that my clothes just ran with cold water and no soap. Had to wait till 9am for the owner to come in. I had already put $1.50 into the dryer when I noticed my white sheets weren’t white. Owner refunded the $5 I put into the washer but refused to refund the dryer which sat unused while I waited. HE IS A THIEF! Check the detergent compartment after your load is done to see if it’s empty before you put them into the dryer and load it with quarters to dry your clothes. He raised his voice with me and told me to come back later tonight to verify with the prior attendant as if I had a reason to lie & he didn’t have direct authority to provide the refund immediately. He didn’t believe me even though I had already spoken with 2 attendants before he arrived. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I told him if he wants to steal my money there’s nothing I can do. Times must be hard at this laundromat for him to act like this. I’m just going to chalk it up to giving money to charity. I’m giving it 1 stars.
PS the first attendant I originally spoke to said what he did wasn’t right after I spoke to him but I don’t have any power. I repeat the owner will keep your money when his machine causes an issue.

As I threw in my wash I watched someone allowed to be able to use the washroom that was not even doing laundry was just lurking around searching for quarters.after I threw my laundry in I was harrased because I brought my laundry in in my suitcase as I just flew in from Denver. So I did my wash and once done I asked the Chinese attendant that I could barely understand if I could please use the washroom before leaving. And he refused to let me even though in the past I've been allow Ed to do so. I've walked and rode my bike to this location at least ten times, I've driven a car packed with laundry to wash at least three times and another I literally had a longed pickup truck loaded with garbage bags of clothes to wash so I've gone put of my way to stay loyal to this location.i do t have a vehicle at the moment so it's not like I can just go home and use mine as I live an hour and a half away. The attendant was rude for no reason at all.im kind to everyone so theres no reason to be a jerk to me.. the owner should probably evaluate who he has working there he's kind so his employees should be the same way. But I guess at the end of the day I don't know what he's going through at home or withing his family or relationships. So I'm going to take it as he's had a rough month that's why he singled me out to be rude.defibatly embarrassing and I can just go to another one.cuddos to spending $100 dollars doing laundry but God forbid you ask to use the washroom. If customer service isn't your thing then find a different job.

The Asian lady is the owner at first she comes of as Rude but she’s actually cool she just doesn’t like ppl in her business just taking up space or trying to do drugs in the bathroom if ur a paying customer ur her friend if ur just there to be there she’ll show u the door. And if u think that rude go loiter around a big camp any lmk when u get arrested for loitering and end up being trespassed

Sad that I have to even give this business 1 star..
Horrible management, seriously disturbed and awful people. The staff was so great and hard working all morning, jobs can’t be that hard to come by to get treated like that..they better get paid well…and the owners of business, LEASEE at 3011 came and were rude to them and fired one boy that never stopped working probably for peanuts, because someone wouldn’t leave him alone...
I got to the 24 hr wash at 4 am, didn’t like the vibe, wasn’t sure I wanted to get out of my camper..fell asleep for a minute watching and then went in at 6:30. I parked in the back lot and took up parking spots, did 4 loads of laundry and dried it at FIVE PLUS DOLLARS A LOAD..told them what hard workers they have, they didn’t even bother to respond. I got done around 10 am and stayed to fold and sort clothes in my camper until 1 pm..in which I was just asking my three year old autistic son if he was ready to go and I’m harassed constantly…that I can’t park there.

They didn’t need to harass me..they must be pretty miserable to treat everyone like they do… This place would be a GEM if owned by the staff..instead it’s run by abusive slave drivers that probably have debt from gambling or something…
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, there is one with nicer equipment right up the road!! Every penny spent here is contributing to what’s wrong with the world…2 Thumbs and 2 Toes down for sure would NOT reccomend…

I was sitting down QUIETLY minding my own business waiting for my Lyft to arrive and the Asian lady worker sat down super close next to me and asked if I was washing clothes. To which I politely responded, no ma'am.. I'll step outside and wait I apologize! To which she responded while literally shooing me away with her hand to "never come back" HORRIBLE customer service! I would recommend to the owner that he fire her and replace her with a MUCH FRIENDLIER EMPLOYEE! She is the face of his/her business and she's making the business look AWFUL and extremely RUDE. ?????

I usually go to wash my clothes to this location. Never had any bad experience with the machines, but the Asian lady who works there is rude. Today I witnessed how she started to argue with a Latin teenager because she got coins from the machine to wash and the Asian lady completely freaked out for that, started yelling at her and even grabbed her wallet. It was something really weird to see, and annoying of course. By looking at other reviews I can tell there’s a problem with that lady, not coming back never!
