“I had both dry cleaning and hemming done here and was pleased with the results. They offer 30% off for first-time customers, which made it a great deal. The hem work was neat and the dry cleaning came back just fine—no complaints. Parking is free, and there are both front and back entrances for convenience. They officially open at 9am, but I arrived a little early and the clerk kindly let me in, which I appreciated. Overall, a solid experience.”

“We arrived with a large bag of dirty clothes, exchanged dollars in a special machine for special coins, threw things into 2 washing machines + coins on a timer + powder, locked the machines and left for 20 minutes on other matters. They returned, took the things out of the washing machines into the basket, brought it to the drying machine, did all the same procedures as with the washing machine, left for about 15 minutes to do their own thing... They returned, took the things from the dryer into the bag, smiled at everyone present and set off home))”

Osman cleaners was flexible in the date and time by which my items would be cleaned and provided prompt notification when my items were ready for pick up. “I had a terrific experience with Pilgrim Cleaners at Dupont in Minneapolis. I had to go into the hospital & thought I'd drop off a heavy quilt for cleaning. Had to stay in the hospital for many days & forgot about the quilt. It took me over a year to go back to claim it, during which time TIERRA, the manager, called me to gently remind me I might want to pick it up. I couldn't make to trip to that part of town so Tierra arranged for their driver in my location to pick it up & deliver it to me. Thank you Tierra, you went out of your way to help me while I was ill & I appreciate it so much!. Highly recommend the exceptional service at this business!”

“The place was way cleaner than every other laundromat I’ve been to. There are a variety of sizes of washing machines, which is nice for separating out your clothes. The attendant was very kind and helpful. Apparently the machines are so old that the quarter counter is calibrated to the weight of silver quarters, so they don’t count well, but I used the app so no issues there. I went at 8, but they were closed, the sign on the back said they opened at 9, the front said they opened at 10, so I went back at 10, and it was open and pretty dead. Hope they update the hours on here so other people don’t do what I did :)”

“They have a variety of washing machines ranging from small (1-2) loads to extra large (8-10) loads. The price ranges from $3.25-$20, with extra soil, hot wash and extra prewash costing a quarter upcharge for each. They have a lot of dryers, in 3 different sizes, with all of them starting at .25 cents for every 4 min. but the cost doesn't change per cycle you want. Your able to fit a lot of clothes in their dryers and they work well. All the machines are pretty clean and the place is kept pretty clean as well. They have TV's for entertainment, drink and snack dispensers, laundry dispenser and change machines for quarters. They also have a man and woman rest rooms and counters to fold your clothes on, also some chairs to sit on. There open 24/7 so you can do your laundry any time of day or night that you prefer.”
