Very disappointed in this Hilton property. The deposit requirements are unreasonable in my opinion: $125 per night of your stay in advance. I was going to be here for 8 days and that meant $1,000 deposit that they were going to put on my credit card. Absolutely not. I've been a Hilton gold card member for years and neither Hilton corporate nor the corporate office at this particular hotel was willing to adjust that requirement.
Additionally the elevator situation was barely manageable. Elevators to the rooms are only accessible by key card from level 4. You have to take a separate elevator from the street level to level four. Conventions are held on level 5 and that can only be accessed from the elevators on one or four. So it was a constant exercise of going up and down and around and people getting on the elevator thinking they're going down and then they end up in the middle of a convention and vice versa. To get from my room to the convention I had to go from 12 down to four around the corner to the other Bank of elevators and then up to five.
The bell desk was very helpful and polite. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned. Water pressure and temperature was inconsistent. No microwave in a king room.
The restaurant Cosmos had good food however it was ridiculously expensive. $18 for two pancakes? $17 for a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Almost all of the dinner dishes were over $30. The breakfast options were very expensive and very difficult to find something for someone who doesn't want eggs.
I terminated my stay after 3 days and move to a different hotel down the street for the same rate that had better amenities, customer service, and facilities. I Walk over to my convention in the morning taking a nice 5 or 10 minute stroll. Much happier at the other place.

For as much as you pay per room, you would think the furniture would be kept up. We also had to wait 50 minutes past check-in time for our room. Great location but the hotel itself isn't worth the $260 a night.

I have to say this is the best hotel experience I have ever had and I've been traveling for 12 years for business. Greg at the bar is incredible and you won't find a better old fashioned anywhere. Everyone at the front desk is helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast was great. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Our reservation was lost when they transferred from aLowes to the Lofton and it caused my wife and I quite a panic but it did get straightened out and all is well that ends well,

I went to town for the baseball games this weekend. Stayed at the Lofton because it's so close. Loved it. Easy access. Great hotel.

Great place to stay.
You’re near a lot of things to do.
The only thing is, they had gotten new televisions and we had problems with ours.
Rooms: Rooms are spacious, comfortable, looked and smelled clean and view was great
Nearby activities: The target center & the target field is close and shops and restaurants are nearby
Safety: Felt very safe and comfortable being out and about in this area
Walkability: Walkable for sure
Food and drinks: There’s lots of different restaurants that are walkable to
Noteworthy details: Use the valet it’s very convenient and you be paying the same amount if you parked it in a ramp

My fiancé and I spent a night here for a staycation. Although, the room appears nice and the view is awesome I would find somewhere else to stay. The fridge didn’t work which was annoying but we could live with it but the worst part is that the AC didn’t work properly. We tried setting it to a lower temp but it locks at 66 and it definitely wasn’t 66 degrees in our room. That night it felt like we were sleeping in a 76 degrees room. The desk chair looked like someone took it out of the dumpster. The hallway smelled like mildew. There isn’t a coffee maker or any of the amenities you find at cheaper hotels. It’s like a facade of a fancy hotel. We tried to politely let the staff know at check out our issues but they didn’t seem to care. Concierge seemed annoyed. We were polite and I even tried to make it seem light hearted. Outside we came across another patron who thought the hotel sucked so that was kinda funny. Next time we are staying at the Four Seasons or Hampton Inn.

Very nice and clean rooms. It is directly across the street, and attached to the Target center.
Walkability: In the center of the city. Very, very walkable.

Super convenient location if you’re going to a baseball or baseball game. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. They were happy to hold our bags for us on our last day between checkout and our flight. Room was very nice.
You do have to take two separate elevators to get to your room, which isn’t a big deal unless you have significant mobility issues, which would make the short walk between the elevators a hassle. We stopped by the bar on our way back to our room on Thursday evening, and it was deserted. After a few minutes, we gave up waiting and went to our room.
Walkability: Very short and easy walk to the baseball stadium (or even shorter for the basketball stadium). Lots of restaurants within walking distance too.

I want to write this review to praise Simon at the front desk... please award him with whatever management feels is fitting.
My girlfriend and I were going to take a trip together for a conference for her work, but due to my schedule, I was unable to join her. Since I was bummed about not being able to go with her, I wanted to set up a surprise for her. I called and was seeking to set up a same-day amenity, but management was occupied and time was running out. So I called the hotel and got Simon, and asked if I had something delivered, if it would be possible to pre-assign a room and have the item put upstairs. (I worked in a Hilton for several years, so I know this is not always an option, but may be doable). Simon was kind and more than accommodating; when the flowers arrived, he received them and asked if I would like for them to leave a note as well. I said yes happily, and gave him a short message to leave written. Additionally, the flowers appeared to be delivered with a vase, but they didn't come with one, and Simon went out of his way to have the flowers put in a vase with water. He even selected a nice room with a beautiful view of the city for my girlfriend to make her feel even more special. She was appreciative and gave high praise to both myself and the help from the front desk.
As someone who was in hospitality for a long time, it is nice to see the caliber of work he possesses. Simon is putting his touch on things that could have been done to just the bare minimum, brought to life by going above and beyond.
