I never write reviews but this place deserves it. They are SUPER accommodating and treat your dogs like royalty. Mike especially does a phenomenal job to make the customer happy. I HIGHLY recommend!

The worst customer service ever! Never showed up to the first meeting appointment. Called saying 10 minutes away, but an hour later and several calls unanswered, I got on to Shawn who hung up after I stated my name. I wouldn't recommend ever using this place. I'm leaving town tomorrow and now have no care for my pet.

We've been working with Lucky Dog for about a year. They're great! They take last minute requests and are incredibly reliable.
