When I walked into Lululemon, I was approached by Sean, and he was very helpful in informing me about the different models of pants in the men’s section that I was looking at. He also offered me items based on my height since I’m taller and suggested what would fit best for me. He was extremely helpful, and I respected that. He even showed me a size that would fit me that was on sale, which he grabbed from the back. Overall, my experience at Lululemon in Minnetonka was very good.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. The entire time I was shopping, the employees kept staring at me like I was going to steal something, everyone watching me checkout. I understand the need to be cautious—I used to work in retail myself—but this was just extreme. It made me feel frustrated, awkward, and completely unwelcome. What makes it worse is that I still spent $280 that day, and instead of leaving happy with my purchase, I walked out feeling judged and upset. Definitely not the experience I expected from Lululemon.

Sadly, I experienced very poor customer service at this location. Which is unfortunate, because I love their other stores. I dealt with an employee named Amanda who was extremely unkind and rude. She basically talked me out of my sale and made it nearly impossible to purchase my item. Visit at your own risk, knowing that you may be racially profiled and treated biased based on your ethnicity, size or financial status. From experience, I can tell you that your business is better appreciated at the Edina locations! Thanks for saving me $158 Minnetonka!

I went to return a couple items I bought on the "we made too much" section on the website and if you're a Lululemon member (which I am) you are able to return WMTM items for store credit. The manager on duty was on a power trip and refused to do the return for me even though I was inside the return window and the items were brand new with the tags still on. I have done this probably dozens of times at this location and never had an issue. This was the evening of 7/23.

Well, everyone, it honestly doesn't get better than the shopping experience I had today. My girlfriend gave me the ABC pants, and I had them hemmed. Once I got them, I tried them on for work for the first time today, and my worries that I had while waiting for them came true. I wore my pants a bit too high while they were getting hemmed. So, I actually went straight to Lululemon after work and also bought myself a black version. But I asked if it was possible for them to hem the pants I was wearing. I'll admit, I didn't think much of it, but afterwards, that's a pretty weird request! And it adds more for the staff to do! So I bought some joggers as well to walk out of the store with. So now I'm getting two pants hemmed! And guess what? The staff dealt with all my questions (I had a lot) , dealt with the weird request to even hem the pants I was wearing, and let me walk out wearing my bought joggers! I wish I remembered everyone's name, but this experience has made me a lifetime Lululemon customer. Thank you! P.S. These ABC Pants are life-changing!

Bad experience. Very rude cashier!!!! Never return to this store if the bad guy still work there. Ugly rude and very very bad!! I ever seen. My return receipt pic will tell who he is.

i usually love lululemon and have never had a bad experience there before. however, I went there today and waited 30+ minutes in line. i was making a return and did not have the receipt from the purchase but I had the card it was purchased on. the person working on the cash register was extremely rude and told me that I needed proof of purchase and that having the credit card used to purchase the return did not count as proof of purchase. I used to work at lululemon and know this is not true. i drove to the wayzata location and they processed the return for me with no issues. hoping this was just a one-time fluke but the experience was frustrating and I expect better from a luxury retail store.

These leggings that I have been wanting for so long now they haven't had in stock for a very long time. I have been checking for the past few weeks now and it still hasn't been in stock. I don't get why I cant order them to the store and come pick them up!!!! INSANE.
