I had such a horrible experience at this store. I was the only black woman in the store, and the employees there were rude and very judgy. They probably thought I was stealing due to me being a black woman. They made me feel like I didn’t belong there and when I did try to ask for help from an employee, she turned around to me and said “can’t you see that I’m on the phone” in a very condescending tone. She was tall with blonde curly hair. She also told me to shop online like as if my presence in the store is not wanted as a black woman. I’ve never felt like that my whole life, like I was beneath them because of my skin color. But after the misjudgment and disrespect I still ended up spending over $300 in the store, which by then, that’s when the cashiers wanted to be nice and friendly but it was too late. Don’t recommend

This is the BEST lululemon location!! The staff was so helpful and fun. I am from Duluth and needed to have sweatpants hemmed. They made it so easy for me and even shipped them to my house with a sweet note. I will always make a point to stop here when I am in the Twin Cities!!

The Lululemon store at North Loop needs to know that Austin provided excellent customer service. All of The staff was patient, kind, and quick, displaying great confidence in their knowledge of the styles. Austin is a gem here. It was an overall fantastic experience.

Overstaffed asking you if you need help. The locker rooms need cleaning, there is a lot of dust. But the cashiers are very fast and efficient, the line moves quickly.

This place has always been really amazing and inclusive. I went today and felt seen and the staff was super friendly and helpful. This place deserves a shout out for making a trans woman feel like I am...a woman. Great job Lulu. Thank you.
