When I was wondering around The Machine Shop, there was a soft glowing reflective goo near the back sort of by the bathrooms. It was making a sort of humming noise and I couldn’t help but feel drawn to it. The closer I got I realized it was a portal and I have always wanted to see one in real life. I went through it and ended up on this new planet, there was nothing but snow and ice. Luckily the portal went two ways other wise we would have been stuck forever. Keep an eye out for it, I guess people say it’s not open often and when it is open it’s not open very long at all.

I visited The Machine Shop for a conference. The place is open, natural light is invited in and is supported by warm amber light fixtures. It was raining that day, reminded me of Seattle.
