Went to the store for the first time it looks nice and beautiful in there and I’ll just wanna go in there for some thread, but if you love being followed around and not having your answer question for what specific thing you’re looking for, please do go there because the cashier the mail clearly does not know what he’s doing. I have never been followed around a damn store in my life. This is the first time I ever experience is, if I wanted to steal something would not be for some hair store I would never steal anything in my life And never have I ever stole anything so from my first time experience being in the hair store from being followed around will be my last time ever go in ther.
To respond to your message, no he did not.
I told him this is my first time there and my friend told me the thread was at the counter and if he can show me where because 1- never been there before 2- their is two counters in the store.
He did not say one word to me until I checked out.
I understand that there are thefts in people businesses but to lie and say he was trying to help is false. I’ve always drove by your store and really wanted to check it out and today my stylist needed thread and told me to go here and I did and I will NEVER go back. I’m pretty sure don’t care that’s your prerogative but as a black woman walking in a black owned business and actually feeling like your doing something wrong when in reality your not is something no one should have to go through. I will stick to non black owned hair businesses if this is how black owned hair businesses treats black people.

Showed them an inspo picture of what I wanted. They braided my hair big in the back and small in the front after I emphasized that I wanted them all the same size”Small in the front and small in the back” for what I paid, I should’ve gotten exactly what I wanted and I told them before I left that they were bigger in the back than in the front and they told me no they’re all the same size when they were not. Will not be returning.

Don’t go here unless it’s your last resort, overpriced dollar tree makeup not worth it. Decent hair selection but still over priced compared to other stores in the area.

I Came in for cornrows and was told it would be $50-$60 dollars, after doing half of my hair they proceeded to tell me I had to pay right now and took the $70 dollars I gave them without asking if I wanted change. On top of that right after the hairdresser said my hair was uneven on one side so she stopped before finishing two braids. I came back today and complained and another hairdresser fixed it immediately, seems like they were being lazy..

Unless it is an absolute emergency, do not go here. All I needed was from them just a braid my hair down so my wigs can lay flatter. They offered to wash my hair. I should’ve told them no because they had it in additional $20 onto my service, did not ask me the whole time was how was the temperature of the water? They also did a lazy job at even braiding my hair. Was not worth $80 also don’t get me started on even the products they carry. Subpar at best.
