Luis was the best. He helped me with my car evaluation after U-Haul truck ran into me. He was honest gave me advices and suggestions what I should do and what would be best for me. Waited patiently for the insurance to contact us. Was very friendly and professional. I would totally recommend THIS EXACT location, NOT the one on the 3920 Nicollet ave. I called them first to ask what to do and they just rejected my car saying we don't work with the U-Haul RepWest insurance, yet this location, they didn't had any problems or whatever, no questions asked, straight up to work, and got me the evaluation within the day.

Incredibly nice staff. They work directly with progressive insurance. They fixed a heavily damaged door, and it looked brand new.
They also deep cleaned the entire exterior and interior. That was a pleasant surprise

Master Collision came highly recommended by State Farm. I used them recently for some damage to my Subaru and had an excellent experience. The shop is immediately adjacent to an Enterprise Rental Car agency, so that made getting a replacement car very easy. Both Master Collision and Enterprise worked directly with my insurance. It was all very easy and seamless. Luis oversaw my car while at Master Collision. The repairs were completed sooner than expected and appear to be very good quality. My car, both interior and exterior, was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I could tell they had done some deep cleaning to my floor mats. I interacted with 3 employees at Master Collision including Luis. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope I never need to use Master Collision again but I can confidently recommend them.

Master Collision Group got my car in quickly and had great communication through the process of working with insurance and through repairs. They finished ahead of schedule and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for collision damage and related repairs.

Nice enough to put crash wrap on my car until the insurance claim goes through, but did a right horrible job of it. Crash wrap came off within hours.

Not recommend. Lack in customer service, follow up, and follow through. I'm not saying don't go here, but if you want all three things stated above, this is not the place for you.

Will not recommend. Took 3 weeks to halfway fix my car and told me my car was sitting for 7 days while nobody did anything. Cost me an extra 500 in rental car fees
