“Went for a TSA Precheck application completion and the process was seamless! The door itself is a bit tricky to find but there are signs at the entrance of the parking lot to direct. My appointment took no longer than 10 minutes and the woman working was very friendly and explained everything well! I’m not sure how to spell her name, (Laurecia or Laureesha?) but extra kudos to her!!”
“I needed a food product tested for water activity to sell under Minnesota cottage law. Alison responded thoughtfully and promptly to my inquiry about how to collect and deliver a sample. I dropped samples off, amd the front staff was kind about checking over my paperwork and letting me know when I could expect results. When my first sample did not pass, they had good suggestions on modifications to make. Overall the process was easy and the tests reasonably priced, and I wish I had started getting my experimental bakes tested earlier. I will be back with carrot cake in the spring. :)”
“I've been here for blood draws 4-5 times. Each time I've been a walk in and it's easy to check in at the kiosk and bring my requisition form. They see me pretty quickly. The phlebotomists have been nothing short of great! They are kind, making friendly conversation, which puts me at ease. The needle barely hurts (and I've had lots of blood drawn so I know when they can do it well). I would definitely recommend them.”
