There’s a great guy named Kevin he is very professional on his sales skills and the skills he has as a sales rep I have never had as a customer he gave me the best price for a good quality phone when I was on a budget he is the best and I recommend everyone to go there and ask for a guy named Kevin this store is great!!

Waited for 15 minutes while 5 employees didn't help me they were too busy flirting with other customers. Looked me straight in the eye a few times and just decided not to help . Two employees on every good looking woman in the joint. Thirsty fools.

The young man who is working when I stopped in was not my favorite employee of the Metro by T-Mobile employees. Generally I have nothing but good things to say about Metro PCS however on this day the gentleman working did not seem very helpful and it seems to be pushing me away more than trying to get my business. What he had to say may have been the truth however it did not feel that way to me.

No no no nope never again I am not it!! Sure dude was nice over the phone told me he had my back and all that noise. I was locked inside the store with a mentally unstable man that kept feeding my dog meat she is allergic to. It was a scary situation costed to much and the guy at the counter obviously helps the people that steal phones bring them there so he gets his sales up. Claims no knowledge of that being the #
