It seems like if you're not Mexican they don't respect you or want to help you. You got to be Guatemalan El Salvadorian or Spanish descent to get a decent customer service here. It's very sad because they are in a black community

If I could give this place zero stars or even negative stars I would. Getting help here takes forever. I mean literally forever. It takes such a long time to get any help from anyone because the employees are always making small talk with people and talking about irrelevant nothing's that have nothing to do with cell phone service. I do not recommend going to this particular place at all for anything ever. Go somewhere else. Or else you will be standing there for up to/over a hour while you could be doing something productive.

My account was messed up because of the customer service representative who I called online and couldn't find anyone to help me until I came to the Metro by T-mobile store on Lake and Bloomington.
They were able to help me retrieve my old number and reorganize and correct my account.
They are the best and I'm coming back to this location anytime I need help with my cell.

Tried to do a simple transfer of My phone number. I Had everything I needed. But she refused to serve me After I stopped saying yes, yes, yes and started asking questions. I was told initially that my phone might not be compatible with metro pcs although, it is a metro pcs phone. And she also told me that if it is not compatible, then I wouldnt get a refund for activation.Before I was going to pay (cash) I tried to get clarification on if there will be a refund, because the information sounded weird or maybe I heard wrong about what would happen if my phone was not compatible, or If the activation wasn't possible, will i have to pay another activation fee for a different phone.These questions had no answers, she seen my cash, and she kept calling her manager in spanish like they were in cahoots with something secret. She was trying to get me to pay for Something, say its non refundable, then kicked me out when I asked questions.
