Santiago went above and beyond helping me call my last phone service to cancel because I was anxious. He was really kind, understanding and thorough. Thank you Santiago for being so awesome. I will definitely recommend your store. Good vibes.

I went two time in that store and I am Metro by T-Mobile customers I've been there the representative in that store told me they only help their own people Mexican I was so disappointed to hear that I would never go back to this store for any other reason and I believe MetroPCS should really look into this we all should be welcome in any stores as a customers

I've been having phone issues month after month all the call center did when complained about phone issues was take my insurance off my phone.Yep you heard that right.They won't put my insurance back on my phone now stay away.Lousy service no help from store or customer service.Find a new company been a customer since May 2021.I was told this issue was being investigated and was told they would make this right and they still have not done anything.I have dropped calls late texts unable to text no internet service and multiple other phone issues.

The gentleman who helped was incredibly helpful and confirmed we made the right choice switching phone companies. My partner and I have been shopping around because we have been pretty disappointed with customer service and all around mediocrity of the phone companies we have tried.
