The worst branch, I call and they don't answer!! I had to go to see a promotion for changing companies and it turns out that the ISO is not valid. They even showed me from their phone that my number does not qualify, totally spam the image of the photograph!!! Looking forward to filing a lawsuit for non-compliance with advertising!!!

By any chance is your contact number useful? I have wasted hours trying to contact them with no response. I'm going to have to go to their branch and I think the low score is simply due to the inaccessibility issue. I hope they improve soon!

Just gotta compliment how nice and helpful the people here are. My refugee support org brings folks here to get their first phones, and the people behind the counter are always so patient and work to help out the newcomers. Today it was Miguel, and everyone in the arriving group left with smiles on their face, knowing they are in good hands — if they ever need help with their service, they can come back here and expect to be treated with respect and patience. Thanks to everyone at this store!

Bad costumer service! I called and asked a question about a phone and I got hung up on or thought i got disconnected! I callled back and she didn't pick up. So I guess I got hung up! Rude! If ppl dont like there job they shouldn't be working period!!

5 stars. I switched from Verizon because their costs were way too high. Their customer service, both in store and over the phone was mediocre. Phone service was admittedly better sometimes when I was travelling. I switched to Metro and never looked back. The number one reason is the excellent customer service I received from the wonderful woman who works at this store in the afternoons and subsequently over the phone as well Customer service has been nothing short of excellent. Now with 5G service, I get great phone service no matter where I am. Sometimes, I wish I could get away from it. Lol. In addition the phones at MetroPCS are extremely affordable when compared to other providers. I don't know what companies like Verizon even have to offer people anymore.
