The shop provides excellent and professional service, with helpful and kind staff. They are known for their reasonable costs and do very nice work. They fixed a lamp switch right away without charge and helped another customer find a perfect shade for a 35-year-old lamp. The store has lots of parts, shades, and finials on hand. Staff take time to give clearly explained help, whether for a repair or for supplies to do a project yourself. Walking into the shop, you see all of the wonderful items. Many customers highly recommend this store and will definitely go back again.
