Frustrating experience. I ordered online and received an email stating they do curbside pickup till 6 pm. Got there at 5:55pm and after 10 minutes of waiting, I called the store to let them know i was there and was told that the Richfield store doesn't do curbside pickup after dark. Nowhere does it state this on the website, on the store display, or on the curbside signs you have to park by. The woman I spoke with said it's a safety protocol which I understand but display that somewhere! 2 stars because the product was fine.

The female manager at this Michael’s was extremely unhelpful and was racist toward my black friend and seemed to be towards the black employee who was working there. I picked up an online order that wasn’t ready yet and just brought the items to the register. When the employee called the manager to help she asked if this was a ‘bogus order’ and said it would take 72 hours to complete… then when she walked up she assumed it was my black friend who was trying to complete this ‘bogus order.’ Her attitude was unacceptable, AND she didn’t let my black friend checkout at the self checkout by herself? A very uncomfortable experience. Even before checking out while in line, we witnessed her lack of customer service as she was extremely rude to the black employee working there. This employee was very patient and kind, but the manager should not be working in customer service.

Poster frames were supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free, both the front counter lady “Lois” and the manager “Angie” told me they are not even though there were signs posted that said they are, about a month prior I had purchased the exact same two frames for buy 1 get 1 deal so I’m pretty disappointed right now having drove here and leaving empty handed.

Custom framer Donnel was wonderful! Cheerful! Super helpful!! Went above n beyond! I actually came to see her for 2nd project and she wasn't there :-( made mistake of going to Eagan, poor choice on my side!! But Richfield framer was expierenced and great to work with!!

Excellent clearance selection and relatively larger Michael’s. They also have self-checkout here, which is a first for me at Michael’s, but found it quite enjoyable. Will be going again!
