I live across the street and a lot of crazy things happen at that train station but I'm surprised how peaceful and Serene this farmers market is on Saturdays. Grateful it's there and will continue to support it as long as it's around.
Midtown Farmers Market is a community founded farmers market. We place value on community, equitable access, local, small scale, cooperation and collaboration. Today’s open-air farmers market is the result of the vision of a group of folks and CNO who desired to create a public marketplace at the transportation hub created by the Hiawatha light rail station at Lake Street/Midtown.
Saturdays 8am-1pm, May-October
Tuesdays 3pm-7pm, June-September and 3pm-6pm October
The Midtown Farmers Market is located at a public plaza at Lake and Hiawatha in the Corcoran neighborhood. Parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods, but patrons are especially encouraged to walk, bike, roll, and take transit to the market.
