There was a mistake made on my 2021 taxes and it has been nightmare to get them to fix this. They really didn't care if they fixed it. I called multiple times and no one took responsibility to help me. I would never recommend this company to do your taxes.

My taxes have sat for over two months before anyone began working on them. The person who started on them never read any of the supporting materials I provided. Then two weeks into the review I received a call that a major change was required. I will never use this service again. Ted was wonderful as were all his staff and since Gotham has taken over, it has been a disaster at every turn. H&R Block could do a better job and for far less. And the name "Gotham City"?? Perfect for this comic approach to tax prep.

Have been going here 2 yrs when it was Minnehaha tax Service. This year I drop off tax info because of Covid. If you want your taxes done in a timely manner,put on a mask and brave a in person appointment . Ask for Kathy!

My husband and I have been coming to see Keith here for years. He's a great guy, the prices are reasonable and we've never been disappointed. Can't say enough great things about them. Plus, the puppers running around the office always makes us smile.
