Alexa, the PA that saw me, was absolutely amazing. She immediately made me feel comfortable, supported, and validated my issues. I would recommend her to anyone and would definitely feel comfortable returning to see her again if needed.

Kevin Curtis, oh man. If you want to be told you’re lying about an allergy, laughed at over the phone with another doctor about this allergy, and then belittled all in one go… Go to this minute clinic and go see Kevin Curtis. For the steep price of almost $200 he will do all these things and not give you treatment and tell you to go to the er. That or he can prescribe you YOUR choice of medicine you know you’re allergic to and just see how it goes. Why? Because it’s unlikely that you’re allergic. How would he know? Man I don’t know. Poor service, even poorer manners, and treats women like they don’t know what they’re talking about and outright laughs at and belittles them.

Scheduled a strep test for my kid because it was closer than his pediatrician. Then, they didn’t tell us that the PA was sick. Instead, the store left us waiting for 45 minutes as they tried to figure it out. Now we can’t get an appointment anywhere today unless we go to urgent care.

The appointment, testing, and results were all very fast. I was in and out within 30 minutes with my test results. A great alternative to urgent care and primary care clinics.

Everything was super quick and easy, from the wait time to the testing to administering a shot I needed. Also, the NP Lauren was very nice+polite!

VERY POOR care. I typically don't write reviews but I want to protect anyone from the emotional attack and extreme incompetence like I just received. I went in for a follow up DOT exam after the first one two weeks ago in which I was notified that I needed a note from my primary doctor stating I was fit to drive in regards to a condition I have. I was luckily able to see my primary on short notice virtually while on a trip and she gave the green light and sent a note on mychart for the DOT examiner to use to clear me. I was notified a week ago from the same NP who saw me at Minuteclinic that I needed to be seen in person again with the note so I squeezed in one more appointment at the Minuteclinic on Lake & Lagoon the day before my departure for my work trip. When I arrived, a different NP than my last visit ushered me in without any kind of greeting. Once seated she told me that she, "had been digging all morning" but couldn't find the original paperwork from my exam, so she couldn't do my exam today. She also told me that my condition creates an automatic fail and that my doctor's note is worthless. When I asserted that the NP I saw before at this practice told me all I needed was a doctors note and I'd be cleared, the provider became even less empathetic and began firmly repeating, "it's not my fault that you have [chronic condition]". This lack of continuity in the practice, rude and unprofessional conduct, and the loss of important medical records is unacceptable. Because of these items stated, I may lose a month's worth of wages for the trip I'm supposed to be guiding beginning tomorrow. 0 stars.
