“I got a warranty repair done here to replace my Pixel Pro 7's screen due to some dead pixels. Since warranty repairs from Google require a genuine part, they had to order the new screen. I was able to come back within a week and the folks here had it repaired in about an hour. They also installed my screen protector for free. The staff were professional and polite. I'd come here again if my phone needed another repair!”

“I’ve been to this store before, but this time it was full. I was the fifth or sixth customer in line. Cam was the only employee in the store and an absolute rockstar. I stood there and watched him simultaneously help two people move into new phones while helping a third buy a new phone and add a new line to an existing account. While I was watching, the Verizon system went down. He didn’t skip a beat. He did what he could until he was able to access the system again and process orders and help customers. 100% professional and a genuine rockstar.”

“I am unfortunately terrible with remembering names, but the guy working at this store was very knowledgeable, and friendly, without being pushy. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the products and services he sells, and is genuine; he is trying to help out the customers-not make as many one-time sales as possible. By talking with the guy, he clearly cares about the people coming into the store, and his community as a whole. In addition to the world's best store manager, I was FINALLY able to find a privacy screen for my older phone. The store manager helped me get the right one, cleaned off my dusty screen, and installed it for me. 11/10 guest service, 10/10 quality, 10/10 products and services offered. I fully plan on coming back here, and cannot recommend this place enough.”

“I have been with another service for some time with dissatisfaction. I went to T-Mobile based on an associates advice and I ended up very pleased. First off we were attended to upon arrival and assigned a sales-person, Michael. This gent was very patient and thorough and made the process so comfortable? I ended up with an amazing 3-line plan, only slightly more than I was paying, 02 brand new iPhone 17’s free, and a great overall experience! I am hopeful my T-Mobile experience continues to be above-average. Michael at this T-Mobile location is ‘the man’!”
