I agree the CVS on Franklin Avenue sucks they have a big selection but the staff are horrible next time I go in there I'm definitely getting the name of the big fat black girl who's always hella rude people. It's your job to help me remember my rewards card so when I check out I pay you I realize that I never got my discount you said I never put in my rewards number well I forgot you didn't ask me is there something you could do about it no I guess you're out of luck she said like what the hell. She should definitely not be in customer service there was like two other people behind the counter and of course they didn't say anything to me either

I went to get something to drink on June 14, around 1 p.m. . I asked the cashier for the price of 28 oz Gatorade and he answered $2.29. And then he charged me $3.19. I asked him how come 2.29 plus tax came to $3.19! I asked for a refund. He asked for I.D which I didn't have at that time. A person with the name "Gerry" came to the cashier without asking what happens and told me to leave the store and told me he doesn't need my business knowing that I have a accent and I am over 60 years old. I am very disappointed of how unprofessional the employees are at that CVS Nicolette location knowing that I have been shopping at CVS for years and it was my first visit to that one. I don't recommend people to go to that location at all!

This location has dramatically improved it's customer service, and the pharmacist and assistants are now very polite and helpful. I would personally disregard previous negative reviews because the new staff is outstanding! 10/10

Horrible service. Exterior is filth. Most of the staff is angry & rude. They've barricaded the doors to the parking lot. It doesn't get worse than this location and it's been horrible for 2 years. Management couldn't care less because this neighborhood isn't good enough? Their entire harmacy staff walked out a year ago and I could get my meds at all. Close or sell to Walgreens. This place doesn't deserve the business they get.

My first time using this pharmacy they had my prescription for a whole week and no one notified me when it was ready. The second time I still decided to go here because it is the closest cvs near me, I ended up getting my perceptions on time and was notified, third time they didn't give me all of my prescriptions, I had to call and ask them what happened to the rest of them, someone told me it should be ready soon and I would get a text. I never received a text and it now has been 3 days, I keep calling to see what's going on and every person I talk to keeps ensuring me they will have it ready in a hour and I will receive a text. I do not recommend this pharmacy they're very unprofessional and all over the place I definitely will be switching pharmacies soon!

I called this pharmacy at 7pm and was literally left on hold for 24 minutes-- I finally gave up and hung up the phone. Does management just not care? Totally unacceptable.

they always have a long line at the pharmacy, meds are never ready. overcharged me for medication in times like these when i'm a senior, living on a fixed income , i sometimes don't have the money to pay/co-pay. they never give you information about discounts or coupons on medications.

I try to be compassionate, but after months of terrible experiences I can't help but feel obligated to warn others. Initially, I decided to make this pharmacy my go-to as the drive-thru was convenient. Being that the drive-thru is now closed and is covered in pure black ice 99.9% of the time you can barely walk from your car inside without falling. I'll keep the rest short: -Seems that they've disconnected their phone/turned ringer off so expect to have to physically go there to get prescriptions filled or learn status. otherwise, wait "on hold" until you give up. -Expect a long wait even after being notified your prescription is filled. -They don't prioritize urgent care scripts and will more than likely make you wait 24 until getting to it -Rude and extremely understaffed.

If you don't have a drive through, take it out! Don't leave a message to pick up prescriptions until they are ready!! Hire enough staff. 30 minutes to wait in line to pick up a prescription you said was ready is unacceptable.

The people who work at the pharmacy have always been lovely, but I consistently find myself waiting for them to finish filling my prescriptions even though I received a text saying they've been filled. I was on hold for 45 minutes the other day as well when I tried calling in. When I was told to come back in half an hour for a prescription to be filled, I ended up having to wait an hour. I can always count on this pharmacy being horribly backed up and my meds taking forever to get filled.

This pharmacy has become awful to deal with since they absorbed 4 other pharmacies. You can not connect with the pharmacy over the phone and your prescriptions are never filled. They need to increase the pharmacy staff! It's ridiculous! I was literally on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up so I could do other things. I feel bad for the staff, being understaffed will lead to mistakes that could jeopardize people's health! Shame on CVS

This is close to where I live so I end up going to this cvs a lot. Every time I go here it feels like I have to wait in line to check out for a long time. I think they should hire a couple more cashiers.

I had an emergency today where i had misplaced my blood pressure meds, not taken them for about 5 days, and was experiencing terrifying symptoms late last night, due to my poor care of self and simply calling in an order (i thought i could find them). i literally had just bought the misplaced ones 1 week ago. As soon as the pharmacy opened i called to see if i could get an emergency order, which they obliged. Normally, with my insurance, it's like $2 or $3 for a bottle, but since i had JUST bought a bottle and it wasnt time to refill, my insurance wouldn't pay. The pharmacist had quoted over the phone $15 charge, but when i got there he stated it was $30+ ,but he gave me a discount since he had already quoted me a price and new i needed tbem. I would have paid $100 for them honestly, this experience was horrific and taught me a lesson, but i am grateful for the quick service and pleasant service i receive at this pharnacy, that is NO LONGER in my neighborhood, but that i continue to utilize.

CVS continues to disappoint we used their new curb side pick-up. The first time at another CVS was a total disaster took about 3 trips and had to go in twice. Today we decided to give it another shot. We arrived followed the directions the lady came out and said you have to come in anyway. She said CVS has decided it's not safe for them to do curb side pick-up fine then don't offer it!

This place suuuucks. Not only are the incompetent, they're rude. Always. And my prescriptions are never ready to the point that it's almost predictable that I'll have to wait not just an hour, but a day or two, until they're taken care of. I went here for a while because it's nearby and convenient, but I'll happily be making the drive across town to a place that doesn't leave me fuming.
