PLEASE READ before considering SAP Concur....Do NOT move forward with this company. If you are a small business, it is not in your best interest. I signed up for a 30 day trial, tried canceling 2 months into the trial and then they finally got back to me a month later and voided our trial 1 day after and then "prorated" a charge for NEVER using their services. Most unprofessional expense service, and business for that matter, that I have ever dealt with. In multiple emails explaining what had happened, they did not want to hear it and kept explaining that we needed to pay the charge. In addition, sent a final demand letter. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with. As a person who relies on reviews, I cannot express how important it is for you to look elsewhere immediately.

Worst company ever. Horrible app. I’ve been using them for about two years via work. They fight you on everything you do. I’ve submitted valid expense reports and they will not approve even though my boss has already approved the expense report! It’s not their money! Would not use this company if it was the only company left in the world to deal with!

Deceitful business practices. Will break their own contract agreements then ignore clients. Will continue to fraudulently bill and pass you around to different people in the company leading you to believe it will be resolved. Issues only get resolved with legal mediation.

Theives stole $120 bucks from me! Company has not refunded or returned me any refund amount, lying corrupt unethical theives people working @ MoneyGram. At the Minneapolis MN address offices!! Your lying conniving theives!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! My money order gets lost then they tell me to send a claim card I do on 2/23/16 now 3/8/16 they tell me my claim card is LOST as well and I have to send another one and KEEP waiting until they receive it before I can get MY money back.... this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I sent $100 through moneygram to a brother in Georgia, US. Clearly stated where I wrote US on sending form. I swiped MY bank card. The very next day, our brother called us while standing at the desk in the Walmart, in front of customer service lady who informed him that all of the information he had was correct for pick up, except for one thing....the money was sent to Georgia UK. So my husband called and tried to fix the situation. They gave a new tracking number and said money was transferred back to US and was ready for pick up again. Again our brother called us from the desk of the Walmart in GA stating that they would not allow him to get the money (this is another day) because it did not have a "test question" on the transfer. Which is NOT required! So AGAIN we call customer service for moneygram and ask them to please add a test question so that he may finally get the money he desperately needs. moneygram customer support says they cannot put a test question on this transfer and is there anything else they can help us with. Well yes there is....If you cannot add a test question to this transfer, our brother cannot pick it up, then we need our money back immediately. They refuse. Period. The customer service person on the phone with moneygram actually said "I'm sorry we are unable to refund your money at this time, but if you will just tell us what you need us to do to get to the appropriate situation, we will do that." Are you kidding me???!!! We asked several times over several calls.... (where our calls were dropped or we were on hold for 35 minutes waiting on supervisor) for a refund of our money. In one instance only, the CSR states that they will debit our money back to bank, but it will be less the fees charged to transfer the money. WHAT????!!! We say "You didn't do any service for us. Our family member on the other end CANNOT pick up the money........therefore, you did NO service for us. We want every dime back." They then went on with a phone tag runaround over 7 phone calls. We have actually been refused a refund of OUR money. We have contacted our bank, had fraud tracking done, put a stop payment on the money, which DID NOT work of course because I swiped my debit card. So now, there is exactly $109.00 of OUR money in moneygram's hand. We want it back and we would also like to lodge a formal complaint against this company. No one should have to go through this. Not only did they REFUSE OUTRIGHT a refund, they REFUSED access to any supervisor, and on top of it all, there are NO OFFICES where you can even speak to someone IN THIS COUNTRY!!! One CSR even stated when we asked to speak to a supervisor that spoke English, that that wasn't going to happen because their customer service building was in Columbia, South America!!!! Where do we go???!!! Who do we talk to!!??? Something has to be done about this company immediately! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! By the way......only one location is accredited by the BBB and it's NOT this one!
