I recently took my 2008 Saab 9-3 XWD to Morrie’s Cadillac Service for a synthetic oil change, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Ed Lehman, the service provider, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything involved in the oil change process.
The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated how clean and organized the facility was. Ed made sure to answer all my questions and even provided some helpful tips for maintaining my vehicle. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands.
I highly recommend Morrie’s Cadillac Service for anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive care. Thanks, Ed, for the excellent service!

Ryan did a fine job! Paperwork was poorly collected from others, however. Vehicle only 60% charged when delivered. I certainly did not feel like a valued customer with the exception of Ryan’s attention.

Buying a car from Morrie's was a great experience at first. I was impressed that Eric, the salesman who sold my car remembered details I told him about myself and my family. Along with Sean and Sarah in finance, this was such a pleasant experience.
However, I recently had my car serviced for Nano Cleaning, a service I added to my purchase on 5/24/25 and finally brought in on 8/26/25. While the Service Advisor was courteous and the loaner car provided was excellent, it was not clean.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a lack of follow-through from the salesman who sold me the car. He completely forgot about the service I purchased, and despite my follow-ups, responsibility repeatedly fell on me to ensure it was scheduled. It wasn’t until early August that I received a response, with the salesman claiming it was the service department’s duty to handle scheduling.
Additionally, I was emailed about a “second date” to learn about the car’s electronics—a clever idea if it had been followed through. When I picked up my car on 8/27, I left two emails and a voicemail for the salesman but received no response. Although I was told he was present when I arrived, he could not assist me. Another salesman attempted to help me with the car’s technology, but I still don’t know how to listen to texts in my car. I am grateful to Dan Reimer for resolving my OnStar setup, which wasn’t done correctly when I took the car home. He even followed up with a call, which was appreciated.
I even followed up with management about my experience, but I haven’t heard anything back. Ultimately, my experience starts with great service upfront—the salesman was attentive and personable during the sale—but the lack of follow-through left a negative impression. Once the car was purchased, it felt like I was no longer a priority. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and will not recommend purchasing from Morries at this time.
