Brad was Very pleasant to work with. I saw a truck online at Morries Cadillac with all the options I’ve been searching for. came down for the test drive, and drove off the lot in it within an hour and half. Very up front and straight forward dealing with the sales people. I went in to pay off a lease and since they knew why I was coming in, I would have expected the paperwork to be ready. GM Financial gets the black eye on this one. But the sales people and managers are good.

I had my 2012 Cadillac SRX towed to Morrie’s with a flat, but also to have some additional repairs doneEd Lehman was my contact person and he was wonderful. He sent me a video showing the services needed and went over the charges with me to ensure I understood.I cannot say how much I appreciated his patience and understanding; as a 76 year old senior it meant a lot to me.

My wife and I recently bought a Cadillac XT6 at Morrie's, and our experience working with Ben was excellent! Ben was friendly, helpful and listened to all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and familiar with all the features of the vehicle, and had an answer for virtually every question we threw at him! We had planned to return our leased Mazda CX5 early before we purchased the Cadillac, but Morrie's saved us a step, and took over the Mazda on a trade! Amazing! Huge time-saver! They made buying a car easy. Highly recommended!

Great service by the sales team - Ben in sales was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars on the lot of all makes/models. He is a 5 star salesman and I would seek him out for our next vehicle purchase in 2 years. It was a no hassle purchase from him.In order to sell their warranty products, the business office told me repeatedly that the car I was buying was guaranteed to break down soon with repair costs over $5000.This begs the question why Morrie's would sell me such a terrible vehicle that was guaranteed to break down. This is a 2021 GMC with 25,000 miles.I respect the need to sell warranty products, though trashing the product I just purchased seems like a losing tactic long-term for this business.I did not purchase a warranty, I am unlikely to purchase my next vehicle at any Morrie's location.

We bought a used Audi from Morrie’s . We were told that it had the 50,000 mile inspection. Unfortunately, we found out when we brought it in to Audi for an oil change that did not have it. If we would’ve known this, we would have never bought the car being that it’s $3000 plus to get this inspection done. All Morrie’s said was sorry. Please make yourself aware of the way they are dishonest to customers.

Zero Integrity - Avoid like the Plague - Sold me a jeep patriot that was previously damaged and fixed up, called about a month after I bought it twice as a very large piece of what appeared to be bondo chipped off the vehicle. Left messages and spoke to two individuals who said they would follow up and get back to me. Never heard back from anyone, then they stopped answering. I would never recommend anyone work with Morrie's, their integrity is Zero.

Morrie’s Golden Valley Cadillac is definitely the place to go when getting your next vehicle! I had two great sales representatives, Ben and Emily! I would definitely recommend them if you looking to consult about getting yourself a new vehicle. As well as the financial representative Nadia. She gives you all the knowledge and details for exactly what you need without over doing it or making you feel pressured. Even got introduce to the GM of the place, Manny - great guy. Overall great experience at Morrie’s Golden Valley Cadillac.

I purchased a truck in June, 2023 and the Dealership was very clean and the staff were professional. I traveled over 8 hours to purchase a specific vehicle which it was advertised in its exact condition.I have a 4/5 due to one “issue” If you want to call it that. My wife and I completed the credit app while at our house (8 hours away). My wife stayed home as we have a 6-month old child who recently underwent open-heart surgery. Morrie’s has no Docusign, fax, or email paperwork. Therefore, I had to submit a new credit app with only my name on the vehicle. Fortunately for me, my finances and credit are good, otherwise I would’ve been forced to drive home without the vehicle. I’m surprised Morrie’s doesn’t have the technology to do online business.Regardless, my dealership experience was a pleasurable one and I would return.

The entire process was wonderful.John Meyer, my salesperson was fantastic. It was simple and easy from beginning to end. John went above and beyond for me. Everyone I dealt with there were great. I love my new (used) Escalade and look forward t working with them in the future.
