I like it this nail shop they did my feet pretty good. They were just a little bit slow and I had to redirect them but overall the customer service was phenomenal. Will I go back there? Maybe not maybe so depending on if I’m in the area but I wouldn’t travel to go back-and-forth there as a returning customer

I’ve been here so many times because it’s close to my house. Today I decided to “treat“ myself to the spa pedicure. It was the lamest I’ve had in my life. The guy who did it was on auto pilot and put very little effort into it. The “massage” was him rubbing up and down the front of my legs like he was putting on lotion. That was it. He didn’t even touch my feet once! He used some “buffer” machine for about 30 seconds per foot. Check I stopped getting manicures there (natural nails) because the last woman filed the tops of my nails so thin one of them was like paper and I could fold it over.

I come in to get my daughter a manicure on a. Sunday around 2 pm told her to give a call when she was done. She call me around 30 minutes which I thought it was super fast. Came in to pick her up I asked her if that was a gel manicure. She said yes. So I tip her paid and thinking wow this was fast.
Days pas and Friday she went swimming on nail polish started to peel off, I told her we would go back I see.
Come back on a Saturday and I show her that no nail polish was on a lot of her nail proof that we came on Sunday and how much I paid and she started arguing that she probably didn’t like then and I never ask for money back all I wanted to is to get them fix.
Another man also said that girls come back saying they don’t like to get money back.
At the end I told them that now I will never come back, they where not professional about giving me a solution for a service I paid. I’m not sure why did they peel off if that’s why we paid for gel manicure. That’s was my bad experience.

Not super friendly. Decent pedicure but prices on website are very outdated. I was expecting $60 and was told at checkout it was $76. Prices not listed in the salon anywhere. I asked about the prices on their website and the guy laughed and said their website was out of date. I will not be returning.

I never, ever leave a review anywhere (good or bad) but I feel really robbed of the $80 I spent on a full set here recently.
I went in for a full set on Friday (5/2), as this place had come highly recommended to me. I will say the atmosphere is off here, no pleasant greeting, I felt like I was an inconvenience honestly. I waited for 15-minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The nail tech took over 75-minutes to do my nails.
By Monday afternoon, 4 nails had fallen off entirely. I called to come in for a fix but couldn't make it in until Thursday, I wanted them to know when the issue occurred because I didn't think I should have to pay for the fix. The overall vibe was SO weird when I went in to have them fixed (it had still been less than a week) - every single employee walked over to look at my nails/what had happened. I was questioned about when I had come in originally, how long I had had the nails previously to the 'fill' (I never got a fill, they had put the full set on at my original appointment). They did not charge me for the fix, but shortly after my appointment I had further issues with the remaining nails from the original set.
It's now been less than 2-weeks and every single one of my nails is gone.
I have had acrylic nails for the last 10-years. I have never experienced this problem before and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The price of a full set has gone up so significantly it is unacceptable for it to not last at least 2-weeks.
