We engaged with Nate at Nokomis Real Estate to sell our house in Standish and he was great. We were building a new house and the timeline kept changing, which kept changing our move date from the old house and Nate handled it very gracefully. Once we were out and ready to sell, he had a great network of folks to tap to help prep the old house, fix up things, etc. We had a pricing conversation and when we listed the house sold within a few days at pretty much exactly what Nate predicted. This was the first house we had ever sold and Nate was fantastic at guiding us through the process and making sure things happened on time and as planned. Cannot recommend higher.

Nate was our agent to both sell our existing home and buy a new home the Nokomis neighborhood in February/March 2023. He's a great realtor. Nate lives right here and knows the neighborhood block-by-block, so he had all the answers to our questions. He was super honest, easy to work with and responsive at every step of the way. Nate rushed over when a prospective buyer couldn't get in to tour the property. He kept spreadsheets and very closely monitored everything that was going on with the purchase and sale, answered all my texts, and even ran out and picked up a new shower rod when ours broke minutes before the photographer was scheduled to arrive. If you're buying or selling a home in South Minneapolis, I'd recommend Nate 100%.

Nate was an excellent agent through and through! Despite the fact that he "sells homes with kids", he makes time for his clients 24/7 and is quick to respond to any questions with well educated answers. When we found the home we wanted (on a Saturday) and he immediately met up with us, contacted the seller and went over the process all in a day, and saw to it that we successfully got the house! Though I had not known of Nate, other than my own research for a good realtor in the Nokomis area, he was an overall very friendly, down-to-earth person that was exactly what we were looking for in an agent and then some!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
