Seems to be a recurring problem. Employees not payments to the insurance companies. Wouldn't be so bad if it only happened once in a while, but almost every month one of our employees has the issue. It seems that customer service will only respond when asked instead of keeping the customer informed up front.

This is twice in less than a year that you have received my premium payments from my company and not paid my insurance company. My insurance coverage has been cancelled twice now! Total joke of a company!
