Great experience! Their website had a lot of great detail to help me compare the health insurance options in my area, side by side. It was really helpful to see which options had the best coverage for the price.

Seems to be a recurring problem. Employees not payments to the insurance companies. Wouldn't be so bad if it only happened once in a while, but almost every month one of our employees has the issue. It seems that customer service will only respond when asked instead of keeping the customer informed up front.

This is twice in less than a year that you have received my premium payments from my company and not paid my insurance company. My insurance coverage has been cancelled twice now! Total joke of a company!
