I love the deli case at the nice time market. They also have a great selection of ice cream from Bridgemans and local eggs. A lot of their seasonal produce is organic and much less expensive as supposed to the Co-op. Oh, and there made fresh sandwiches are delicious for lunch.

It’s a lovely grocery store with enough essentials and treats to make it an asset to the neighborhood – perfect for that missing ingredient you forgot at a bigger store, or for a last minute weeknight meal, or for a delicious treat on a warm summer evening.

Love their specials, shortbread cookies and the selection of local items (coffee, dumplings, produce..) is terrific. They host pop-ups and have convenient hours. My kid adores the staff, as do I, and their reusable bags are *strong*/very much worth it.

Exactly what I wanted for years! Great deli with delicious prepared vegetables and yummy entree options. I purchased their roasted tomato sauce because it was so good. The delicious food is made by people who attended culinary school and it shows by how flavorful everything tastes.

i have literally never left a review in my entire dang life, but i went to nice time today and it's really something special. the lady behind the deli counter was incredibly sweet, and the sandwich i ordered was AMAZING. fresh produce selection was great, and you can tell they're prioritizing quality local produce over mass produced garbage. i will be back, 10/10.

A stroke of genius to bring on the made to order sandwiches. Now I have a unique reason to come in and possibly grab other items while I’m there. Loved the ham cheddar and pickle sandwich tonight.

Love this place!! The falafel sandwich was AMAZING and their candy counter is my son’s happy place. Also the owner and all her employees are so dang friendly - I feel happy when I’m in there!

I want to give this store 5 stars. It’s a vast improvement over what was there before. Selection is pretty good overall, lots of organics, and even a bulk spice section. Two things have led me to downgrade my rating. First, the cheese selection is really bad - Bongaard’s cheese has the texture of soft rubber and almost no flavor. All of their cheese in this section is theirs. We live in dairy country; it’s hard to imagine not being able to find better, higher quality cheeses like Prairie Breeze, among many others.
Second, the owner who has the deli/prepared food section appears friendly when you enter the store, but if you try to engage in any actual conversation, she just kinda stares straight ahead, as if I’m/you’re not worth engaging with. It’s kind of creepy. Definitely not a Minnesota neighborhood vibe. Get to know customers. That’s how we do neighboring here. The choices in this prepared food section are okay, but not spectacular. In my opinion, they don’t merit the price. Still much better than what we had before. The other owner who’s usually in the back office is very friendly and welcoming.
