I have been storing various household items at this location for some ten years or more. The current manager, Chuck, is always helpful and friendly, understanding my requests and ensuring I get access as needed. The place is clean and well lit.

I stored my kids college furnishings at Northstar Ministorage at the Minneapolis location over the summer. Chuck the manager there was incredibly helpful, professional and courteous during the entire process. I really appreciated the service I received there, will use them again next summer and highly recommend them.

My review is based on multiple storage units over a multi-year time period. It's also based on having been a retail customer and consumer for nearly 80 years, over which time I have come to the conclusion that TRUST is the single biggest factor for me when doing business with any company. My experience with North Star storage, totally through dealings with Chuck, is that I TRUST this man and as a result, I have peace of mind when it comes to all aspects of storing my wordly goods. I can't express my gratitude enough for this man, and for the company that's smart enough to have hired him in the first place and hopefully smart enough to keep him!

I've been renting two units at the Lake Street location for about a year, and I can't say enough good things about the management. Chuck is a gem, he has been so helpful through some difficult times for us. I don't hesitate to recommend North Star Mini Storage.

I want to give a big shoutout to Chuck for the outstanding maintenance work he does here at the building where I work. He's always on top of things --whenever something breaks or needs attention, Chuck is quick to respond and shows up right on time. His reliability and dedication make a huge difference, and it's clear he takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It's not easy to find someone so dependable and hardworking. I've been renting a unit with North Star Mini Storage for almost two years while working on home renovations. I chose North Star not only because of the convenient location -after touring several nearby facilities, I found the units at North Star to be the absolute cleanest, in addition to be being climate controlled. Others simply could not compare. I also want to share that their customer service is outstanding. Chuck, in the office, is the best!
