Wide variety of art, craft, and smallfood items. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. I swept through very close to closing and the staff kindly and patiently took care of my many item purchase.

Visited this amazing store for the first time today. The layout is so visually appealing and there is a warmth you feel when you step in. The quality and selection of the products is unique. Let’s just say, you’re not going to find these items on Amazon. I found the staff to be so helpful and kind and appreciated them letting me look at my leisure but answering questions when asked. Unfortunately I was on a mission for a particular product they had but will certainly be returning when I have more time. There is something for everyone here.

Didn't have a very good experience the very last time I went. I waited near the cash registers to purchase sage but the women refused to notice me. I will admit she was assisting another customer but I already had my product in hand with my card produced, still waiting. If you're not gonna help American Indians then please say so :(

Love this place! I just visited for the first time this weekend, and found several high-quality items for great prices.Fyi, the ramp at the front of the building that appears to go to the Nash framing shop also accesses the rest of the building, including Northland.

This is a gorgeous Native-owned store with a wide variety of items-books, beads, art, clothing, gifts, and more. I'm so glad my friend took me here when I was visiting! The staff were all very friendly, as well.

I seen a relative make a comment about being followed in the store so I was hesitant to come here but my need was greater than my fear so I braved it with my family one evening. I came for beading supplies and although it was difficult to really see the vials/hanks on the wall without being able to touch them myself (mind you I didn't have my glasses so squinting made this more difficult for me than the average person lol) a friendly helpful staff person came to my aid and was patient enough to pull several options from the wall and set them on the counter for me to make my final decisions, something I was truly appreciative of since I literally asked for rainbow colors lol. They have a very large selection of colors of czech, miyuki and Japanese seed beads. Got stocked up to make a few pieces and will be back for more! Cashier was knowledgeable about my adopted grandfather work as an artist, to my disappointment he did not have any of his prints available but he was familiar enough with my grandfather enough to even mention his wife's name. Comforting to know they're not just some random people to open up an indigenous crafting supply/vendor and carry knowledge and hospitality! Great prices too. I'll be coming back with out hesitation in the future and recommending to friends as well. Wopila!

I can’t believe how fast I received my order! I got exactly the beads I needed to finish a project. Couldn’t find them anywhere else or they were sold out. Thanks!

I stood at the counter while a person was working behind it facing me for about 5 solid minutes before he muttered, "I'll be right with you." Then another 2 minutes and all I needed was a price on an item behind him. Then he leaves the counter and doesn't return. I wait for the other shop keeper to finish at the other counter and approach her for help at the initial counter. This took about 8 minutes of waiting but she did help me. When I'm ready to be rung up they are having trouble with their card reader and I'm having trouble with my Apple Pay. I have about $130 dollars of merch that I want to buy. I try to figure it out and ask her to set aside my things so I can go to where there is wifi to fix my Apple Pay (at cafe nearby) and when I return to pay she has a line of 3 people who are technically behind me but are now ahead of me. We were mid transaction so I understand finishing up with the lady she already started ringing up but considering all the waiting please finish up with me before you go on with the rest of the line. Don't make me stand in line all over again. Well she did make me wait for the line to be rung up. Another 10 minutes. I took two of the things because I really needed them and my total was $12. Could have spent a lot more if they had been kore considerate of customers time.

Loved seeing the huge range of art by indigenous artists, art supplies, instruments, etc. Owner talked to me for a bit about an artist's work that I was interested in and answered my questions. A beautiful space!

I was really excited to come here after seeing their seed bead collection online. To my disappointment, I learned that you are not able to go behind the counter and look at the beads up close and personal. If you are anything like me, I'd suggest that you go somewhere else if you need to look closely at the beads to decide if you want to buy them. I have been to a lot of bead stores all over the United States and this was the only one that I encountered that does this. It was very disconcerting considering that I can not see the finishes of the beads so far away and have one of the store employees grab the beads for me. Overall, I will not be going back there because of this.

Best Native American gift store in the Midwest. I found a large selection of Native American foods, authentic native jewelry, clothes, crystals, star quilt blankets and very unique gifts. It is Native owned and run. The store is extremely a great place to visit in the Twin Cities. And the largest bead and accessory collection I have ever come across !!
