Brought in a ton of high-end designer men's clothing, and was told "I can't get rid of the stuff," despite the entire store being peppered with items I've seen in there longer than the last calendar year. I had two personally tailored/designer high-quality men's peacoats and was also told, "Men don't wear suits anymore so there's no need for peacoats." I'm a CEO and I wear a suit and peacoat every day along with all of my male peers every work-day, fall and winter. A peculiar exchange to have holding thousands of dollars in clothing and coats with a clothing consignment leader. Fortunately, the young staff members were approachable, kind and had great customer service and communication skills but ultimately and obviously were not trusted to be decision makers in the process. #WrittenOff #NonInclusive #OutdatedPhilosophy #DinosaurBusinessModelAndLeadership.

They entered in my clothing inaccurately, resulting in me not being paid accurately. Management was very rude throughout the experience. Overall extremely poor customer experience and will never be consigning here again as a result.

Came to this place for the first time with my friends and was immediately in my happy place. Plenty of vintage yet trendy pieces here.The men’s section is pretty tiny compared to the women’s, but I was still able to find some pretty good stuff. The first floor already feels big, but then there’s still another whole floor including a room full of shoes.I definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointed in the maternity section. From the reviews, I was expecting a good selection of items. The clothes looked very worn and out of style. Drove about 30 minutes and didn’t spend more than five minutes in the store because there was so little to look at.

The selection here is awesome, but the prices are even better! I got some pink velvet booties from here for only $10, when the retail price was $70+, and they are in excellent condition! I usually struggle to find cute shoes that fit, but with their huge shoe wall in the basement, I was able to find just what I was looking for! They also have super stunning designer shoes upstairs that you won't find on consignment anywhere else. Love, love, love!
