They entered in my clothing inaccurately, resulting in me not being paid accurately. Management was very rude throughout the experience. Overall extremely poor customer experience and will never be consigning here again as a result.

Came to this place for the first time with my friends and was immediately in my happy place. Plenty of vintage yet trendy pieces here. The men’s section is pretty tiny compared to the women’s, but I was still able to find some pretty good stuff. The first floor already feels big, but then there’s still another whole floor including a room full of shoes.I definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointed in the maternity section. From the reviews, I was expecting a good selection of items. The clothes looked very worn and out of style. Drove about 30 minutes and didn’t spend more than five minutes in the store because there was so little to look at.

Don’t expect to find anything cute here unless you have a horrible style.

The selection here is awesome, but the prices are even better! I got some pink velvet booties from here for only $10, when the retail price was $70+, and they are in excellent condition! I usually struggle to find cute shoes that fit, but with their huge shoe wall in the basement, I was able to find just what I was looking for! They also have super stunning designer shoes upstairs that you won't find on consignment anywhere else. Love, love, love!

We were at the store on a slow Sunday afternoon. There was a new employee who was eager to learn his new job. The more senior person said he "couldn't" and moves him aside. I reassured them that I was in no hurry and that it was very ok for him to "practice" with me. They then let him do the check out process. There were three other employees standing by watching him do the tasks. When he struggled they laughed at him. It was very obvious that he was nervous and a little intimidated, but still very eager and willing to learn. The fact that the others were laughing at him was disheartening as he was trying very hard. This is an excellent example of why people aren't staying in their jobs. This was not a supportive environment for a new employee. I'm not sure what others experience have been, but I was very sad to see this eager employee treated so poorly by his peers.

I came here today for the first time and didn't find anything to try on or buy. I see that other reviewers felt the racks were packed; that wasn't my experience--I was surprised at how little there was to go through. It's an odd set up because a large portion of the store is kids clothing, which I don't need, and another large portion is men's/maternity, so the general women's area felt small. They used their square footage on some categories that I am not that interested in, like scarves, and the prices felt high to me compared to other twin cities consignment shops. If I lived in the neighborhood I'd probably stop in now and then, but because it's a trek for me I probably won't be back.

This is a nice consignment shop I have been going here forever. They now only accept consignment by appointment versus turnstyle my other go to consignment store still takes walk ins which is much more convenient. They can be a bit snotty here especially during consigning. The selection for women and kids is pretty good but the mens section is lacking. I know this is not entirely their fault since they rely on what others bring in to sell but it is unfortunate. Also their starting wage is $12/hour as of (3/4/2022) this is disappointing because the going rate is currently $15/hour.
