  I have to say I am highly impressed with office depots printing services. Gavin and Ian are pros in the print shop and delivered high quality fine art prints for me. I was skeptical at first if they could deliver art gallery quality prints from a big box store but these particular individuals were masters of their craft and insured a quality product in a suprisingly quick turn around.

  Preview of my booklet did not include a white border, but the printed booklet I received included a white border and the general manager told me that this is just what their printers do.
  They sold me a product in a quality that I did not purchase and when I expressed my disappointment to him what I received from him was a shrug.
  Very disappointing lack of concern. Sure, it’s a first world problem. But Office Depot seems to be fine giving customers a lower quality product than the customers purchase.

  Not the best quality - prints are always off center and weird colors. I only go here for convenience when I need something quickly and my professional print vendor can't give the same turnaround time, but even the production time here is disappointing sometimes. Service from the manager is good but one of the usual print center workers (Ian I think) is so rude.

  I love this Office Depot because it’s convenient and there’s always people there to help you. I especially like the printing and copying department. The folks there are always helpful and really smart.
  The only thing that would improve this Office Depot is if they offered free popcorn!

  Needed menús same day, I called and they said they could do it. I go to pickup and it’s printed on thin paper after I requested thick stock. On top of that the employee assumed I couldn’t afford it and that’s why they choose to print it on regular paper instead of card stock like o requested. “Well it’s already over $200 would you have wanted to pay more for paper “. I couldn’t believe it. I order another set of flyers this time online and when I go it’s nowhere to be found, the same employee who told me “next time order online” fast forward another day. I’m charged double, I didn’t get it when I needed it and I was helped by a guy wearing sweatpants.

  If you need to order cards, folders, printed items, stay home and do it on your computer, don't waste your time driving there. Once you go there and want to order, they turn the computer monitor around for you and say here you go. I went there for help and got none. I ordered my stuff online and I did not do so good. Wasted time driving there, no help, going home and doing it myself, driving back to pick my items up once done, and now I need to find someone to help me with what I need. I am glad I didn't order everything I needed, I would have messed it all up and out a lot of money.
