Got a set of acrylics taken off and they were very gentle with my nails and hands. I asked her not to damage or cut my natural nails underneath since they usually take forever to grow and the only length that was taken off was from filing after removal of the acrylics, 10/10. Even though their nail machine was busted they still took me in and removed my nails by hand ❤️

There’s only one person that does nails correct in this place but she’s never done mine. Thought she took my broken nail off with another nail which isn’t what nail techs are trained to do .The other two need more practicing. They are all unprofessional except the man,and the carpet stinks. This place needs to be remodeled. The old lady needs to retire. She was on my nails and hands from 10am till 2pm and still didn’t do a good job. I had to come back three days later to have them redone and still she didn’t deliver. My nails were jacked up. I spend 130 to 160 on my sets and the way they say my nails being messed up was my fault was a slap in the face. I’m never going back. I would drive 15 to 20 30 minutes just to get good service on what I pay for! Oh they tried about me not knowing i understood their language.

They are located on Broadway. I love these guys.. I always leave out smiling. Their work, style, and art are amazing! Alone with their customer service. Thanks guys

This business is horrible and needs to be shut down. They are unprofessional and unclean. They used the same brush on someone feet for another customer. Also they are extremely lazy ! I will not be going here anymore. This place is again super DIRTY

I got a fill n color change on Wednesday (by the nail tech on the right, at the first station, today is SATURDAY… 2 nails broke and one nail is lifting off… not only that I gave a $10.00 tip on a $55 job but never again ?Service: Nail extensions

I've been going here since before COVID, once they closed for COVID, had to go elsewhere but immediately returned once they opened during COVID!!! We REFUSE to leave again!!! Prices & Services are GREAT, ESPECIALLY MS. VEE!!! Luv her!!!

I'm happy with the service. I'm not sure about quality, I'll see how it holds up but so far looks good and the gems look great! The tech was very personable, was bilingual and helpful in picking out a Christmas theme mail set. I also told her a few of my nails are naturally paper thin and she took care to drill slow and carefully on those. Taking a star off because on the way in there was a man harassing me outside and I ignored him. I had to get buzzed in which isn't a great thing, nothing bad happened but I don't appreciate someone first flirting and then threatening to physically hurt me to get into a salon... giving a star off for that since I literally almost turned around because of him. This mall has unstable safety and security. Roll of the dice so if your life and safety is important think twice about this location. I would like to also add that I was nosey and eavesdropping and the woman sitting next to me said she drove from St. Paul since she loved her nail tech at this location and when I asked her more she said she's been coming for years and loves them. Look at my pics and you'll see the quality, my nails have acrylic set and gel polish.
