Took clothes in to be dry cleaned. Clothes smelled the same as when I dropped them off. What did I pay for?

Damaged my item with safety pins.
Dropped a silk skirt off for dry cleaning that has a difficult stain. While the stain was mostly removed, a new and less fixable problem was caused because they put thick safety pins directly through the waistband of the fabric to secure the garment to the hanger, rather than using a non-damaging clip or hiding the safety pin in the seam.
Really disappointed by this new damage they caused and will not be a returning customer.

Always have had a good experience with them. They do a good job on stains. Owners/employees are honest people and easy to work with.

Great customer service and quality but never called me to let me know when my order was ready; I had to keep calling and check in. They take cash only.

I needed two suit jackets dry cleaned ahead of a busy day of meetings in which I'd be interviewing candidates. Osman cleaners was flexible in the date and time by which my items would be cleaned and provided prompt notification when my items were ready for pick up. Just a heads up- you can only pay in cash or check! Don't make my mistake and come ready with your credit card.

This is a wonderful family owned company. I can't say enough good things about them. Their work is good their prices are reasonable their customer service is excellent. I'm also really happy they're staying at Uptown even though they like most every business was affected by the riots. Thank you for being such a great business!

Put safety pins in my skirt and hung it on a hanger from them instead of having a skirt hanger with clips or another option. This damaged the fabric. Really unpredictable hours, not always open when they say they will be and expensive.

Best dry cleaner in town... so far for the 18 years ive been going there has never been a stain they couldn't remove. Never lost an item. They offer tailoring and leather cleaning services as well. Thank you for all the years and look forward to the years to come;)
