Love this place! They make shopping for baby stuff so straightforward and enjoyable. Egle was an immense help in finding the best stroller/car seat combo and custom tailored the selection to our needs and lifestyle. They know their products and are super informative!

As a FTM I’ve been in a few times to try to decide on strollers and car seats. Pacifier has a knowledgeable staff who are incredibly patient with future parents making a huge mess of the stroller area. They let us try every combination we wanted out. The second time we went in they even let us fill a diaper bag and ensure it fit well in the stroller basket. With so few in store shops left, it was fantastic to be able to play with everything, ask questions, see all the features and make the decision that’s right for our family. Plus they’ll assemble your stroller when it arrives! I can’t wait to see our babe in their well tested stroller :)

Outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing process and even after (answered questions, provided receipts over a year after purchase). Definitely recommend.

This is our favorite baby store! We've been coming here when we were expecting our first child and continue to trust the employees advice and guidance. The employees are so knowledgeable and helped with big choices like car seats and strollers. They give unbiased opinions and even suggested options that they happened to not carry in the store. They have the cutest clothes and accessories as well as big gear, with lots of options. Dogs are even allowed! There is ample parking on site and it is stroller accessible. They offer discounts for different events like Black Friday, including big items like strollers and car seats. Highly recommend!

I’m not even sure where to begin - this is the cutest baby store I’ve EVER seen! I called in a panic after arranging a car seat for our 2 month old upon our arrival at the airport… well they showed up with a booster seat. I was nervous the same would happen on our ride back later in the week so I googled and found they had a Doona car seat stroller. I called and they had one in stock. It’s definitely pricey but as much as we travel it’s worth it and gave us so much peace of mind for our trip back. I came back two days later when I had more time to really walk through and purchased a few more items… I wanted to buy just about everything but held back!

Love this kiddo boutique there’s great gift options for new moms, babies, toddlers and older kids. Clothing, books, toys and a ton of strollers and wagons to test out on the sales floor. Forgot to mention car seats on display too!Sure you can find a majority of the items online elsewhere but you won’t get the great customer service and knowledge provided here. If it’s a gift make sure to get the item gift wrapped. Ps they offer online shopping with free in store pick up

Amazing customer service! Kari and Kim helped curate the perfect gift for my friend’s new baby. Kari and Kim sent me pictures of suggested gift ideas and put together the perfect present. Kari and Kim selected a cute card and wrote in a lovely message for my friend and arranged the shipping. I do not live in the area and knew I could rely on Pacifer’s team to help! I called the store and the ladies were so incredibly helpful and responsive. I hope that more people can “call small” and get the perfect gift with a loving touch added vs. shopping big box.

In from out of town and stopped in to grab presents for my kiddos. They have best brands that are hard to find in person sometimes, and I even found great things I had never heard of. I’m jealous of all the new mamas that get to register here!

Pacifier North Loop has become my very favorite place to shop for so many reasons. Always have the best stuff and the staff was so helpful picking out a car seat and a stroller last year for my now 20 month old. The thing that put them at the tippy top of my list… the incredible customer service. I needed a copy of my receipt while on vacation so I could put in a claim for damaged baggage and the team took the little bit of info I could share and emailed me a copy within 30 minutes!

Just a very unfortunate business owner. An associate tried assisting me as I wanted to exchange a present we received for our baby; the romper was cute but too tight even though the size was bigger than we wear now. Obviously to put the outfit on I took a tag off but we were never able to put the romper on our baby. It’s linen and doesn’t stretch. Associate turned to his manager for approval to help me but the manager had a different opinion and it was written all over her face. She looked mad. I offered to give her an order number or my friend’s name who bought it, but she refused. I just had to leave a brand new romper there and walk out. I wonder what would happen if she was kind to me and agreed to exchange it so our baby girl could wear something from Pacifier. Not a store I would ever come shop at or recommend to my friends.

Truly lovely experience. Arizona took a ton of time to help my pregnant sister and I select a stroller. We had so much fun getting to know the products with her assistance! Arizona was so knowledgeable - thank you!!

The customer service at this store is THE BEST! I ran into a problem with something that I bought from another place, and Pacifier Kids came to the rescue, returning phone calls immediately, expediting shipping and getting the trike to me in no time at all for our grandson's birthday. I will use them again and again and again. And when we had a problem with assembly they came to the rescue again and sent us a replacement. They are amazing, and their inventory is amazing as well.

I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the multiple Pacifier locations I have visited over the last 4 years of being a customer. However, I wanted to share that recently I had placed an online curbside pick up order for a bassinet stand 3 days after having a baby and during a horrendous snow storm. Due to the dangerous road conditions the store’s usual transfer truck couldn’t get the product from the warehouse to the store for me to pick it up and when I called to inquire about the order the person I spoke to was so amazingly kind and put the item in her car and drove it to the store for me to be able to pick it up immediately. It was so unexpectedly nice and I am so grateful.
