I've never been, BUT, I did get a business card from a person passing out business cards to this salon. I've left 3 messages over the course of 3 weeks and, have not gotten a call back, a text message, a thank note, an eff you...nothing but crickets!! If they start off like this, I can only imagine what it's like actually being a client here...I will not attempt it again. I did try some years ago and, the same thing...poor customer service skills.

Ryan is my guy! Known him for years. He is an exceptional nail technician. My usual is a pedicure not sure which one I get but it worth the amount he tells me. He takes his time to get the job done, which is why I use his services.

I got my nails done by Your manicurist Jessica Scott she free styled my nails for me per my request. Not only was I obsessed with my nails and how creative she is I also love how personable she was and how professional she was. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their nails slayed. Ladies check her out!

So its 11:50 on a Tuesday and I stopped by. The open sign wasn't on so I called and the man answering the phone said that they are open for appointment only and can't take walk ins. I wish they would have put that on their website that says, usually not to busy on Tuesday. I have no clue how their service is since they are appointment only. Call first or its a waste of your time!
