They stole my item I left in the truck on accident. Glad it was just a new trailer hitch worth 70$ not something expensive because they would steal your stuff if you leave it there.

Line is huge. Stood in line for almost 2 hours. Only two people working. Not even clear if anyone was even working the Payless desk, as the lady was sitting infront of the Avis sign in what appeared to be a red Avis uniform- yet you're supposed to understand she works for Payless as well? Will avoid at all costs in...

Having only 2 people staff the counter to serve the combined needs of 3 rental companies is ludicrous
