Outside of Joshua, this location is great. Shoutout to Lynn, Carlos, and older African American gentleman and all of the staff - (excluding Joshua)We had an issue with horrible service received from Joshua and i immediately contacted Lynn who put me in touch with Carlos and I couldn’t be any happier with the service received from those two!Thank you for all you do!

Exceptional Unparalleled Service from RichardFor over 25 years and 15+ prescriptions, my experiences with prescription glasses have varied, but meeting Richard was a game-changer. His service surpasses any in my past, making it impossible for me to recommend anyone else.Richard treats each customer as if they were his only one, showing genuine engagement and clear communication. His pride in his job is evident, and he genuinely cares about you and your glasses. In my experience, his knowledge and approach is unparalleled.I was amazed at his fit adjustments – even asking to improve my old glasses before fitting the new ones. The adjustments were incredible, and my old glasses have never felt so comfortable. His attention to detail, patience, and care extended to fitting my new glasses, checking and double-checking the fit to ensure everything was perfect.I won't hesitate to recommend Richard, my only reservation is that he might become so sought after that the wait to see him could become challenging. However, if you're fortunate enough to get him or patient enough to wait, the experience is unlike anything I've encountered in my 25+ years of getting prescription glasses. Richard takes the necessary time to ensure you leave with the best selection, fit, and overall experience possible. Truly amazed!

I have been going to This Pearle Vision for many years and I always have a great experience. The attendants are very helpful and I always leave satisfied. Yesterday I went in to pickup my new pair of glasses and get them fitted by Richard. He was a very kind, respectful and nice to work with. Experiences like this, is the reason I continue to come to do my yearly exams at this Pearle Vision location.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the positive transformation at my local Pearle Vision, thanks to its new ownership. The change has been nothing short of remarkable. The atmosphere exuded a renewed sense of energy and commitment to customer satisfaction. The store layout had been revamped, creating a more inviting and organized space. The selection of eyeglasses & frames had also been expanded, offering a diverse range of stylish options to suit various preferences and budgets.What truly stood out, however, was the noticeable improvement in customer service. The staff, under the new ownership, appeared more motivated and engaged. The personalized attention and expert guidance made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.The newly implemented technology for eye exams was another impressive addition. Optometrists were both professional and friendly, taking the time to explain results and answer any questions I had.The positive experience at Pearle Vision under new ownership has truly elevated the eyewear shopping experience. I’m delighted to see the positive changes and look forward to future visits, confident that my vision and style preferences are in capable and caring hands.

Under New Ownership!!! I love how the new owners made the environment feels more welcoming! The staffs were very professional and helpful. Everyone is very hands on and ready to help every time I have a question. Even the owners were on the floor helping. They are very busy and they made sure to check in with you. I must say this is going to be go to place for now on for my future glasses!!

After an unpleasant experience at the Edina Pearle Vision in 2019, I decided on going to this Pearle Vision instead. From 2020 to now (December 2023), I had way better experiences with this Pearle Vision in comparison...that is, until today (December 15th). I had an eye exam back on November 16th and had placed an order for new eyeglasses. I had received no call until reaching out myself to check if my glasses were ready.I call to check on my glasses and Josh at Pearle Vision says, "Oh, they've been ready since November 29th" I tell him, "Weird, because you guys usually call me to let me know they're ready" He double checks my number, he says it's the right one and I told him, "You guys usually leave a message, I never received a message". He says they don't leave voicemails if the voicemail box is full or isn't set up. He then proceeds to goes through how it sounds when calling a voicemail box that is full or hasn't been set up, as if I wouldn't know from working at a market research company where I had to make calls from a personal database and experienced that on the daily. I say, "Yep, my voicemail isn't full, I clear out my messages, never saw anything from you guys" I also checked my call log, nothing. Josh then proceeds to gets smart with me, quickly gets rude and exhibits an attitude and says, "Well, they're ready for pickup, Bryce"This has to be the most unprofessional experience I've ever experienced at this Pearle Vision. To be rude to a customer, especially when it doesn't appear any call was made, or follow up reminder call about new eyeglasses being ready - it personally does not want to make me return to any Pearle Vision location ever again.I do not recommend this Pearle Vision, as the consistency/inconsistency on customer service simply is not there.

The first words from my longterm friend were “Wow. Your glasses are so thick!” I paid the full price for thin progressive lenses that don’t even work with computer screens so having paid full price I still don’t have functional lenses. No refund given.
