I am incredibly grateful to Penn Auto for their integrity, kindness, and expertise. I have had more than one occasion where I left without spending money, once because they told me that the repair suggested by another mechanic was not urgent and another time because they fixed an issue for free. Once over the summer, the co-owner Dan even personally drove around with me as I tried to replicate a clicking sound. It's increasingly difficult to find this kind of service, and I am just truly grateful.

I usually do all my own repair but when it comes to a wire gremlin I brought my raptor in for trailer wire issue. They found the problem and were very nice and professional.
Problem for my last year has been solved!

I've been going to Penn Auto for my car maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier. He’s done my brakes and oil changes, always providing honest, fair pricing and great service. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your car, but I completely trust him. Highly recommend!

I got my appointment set up with the owner. He is considerate, direct, professional, and patient when describing what all needs to be done. They do the work that you said is an issue, and needs to be fixed, nothing more like other mechanics who try to rip you off. I had a pleasant experience and will be coming back! They are always busy and fast paced, and still got my service done the same day. I definitely recommend going to his shop to get your vehicle maintenance done. They are on my speed dial, Thanks Dan!

I just had some work done on my Cadillac CTS. It was a big job so it took a lil longer then we anticipated but this is a smaller shop so I understand since it was a pretty big job {transfer case was the main but also got more work done}. They were really nice and explained to us well what the problem was and also the cost. We've been to this auto care shop a few times before and we have never had a bad experience. Nice employees and very thorough. Thanks for getting my car back up and running.

Went to go get my car checked that wouldn’t turn on and asked them about the running a/c, they got a new battery in and said they did a whole electric check and said that everything should be fine and the a/c problem should be fixed. Two days later the same problem occurred and I called them only for them to say that they have no promises about the a/c and they are not responsible for the problems! The overcharged me as well!

Highly recommend Penn Autocare for any work needed on vehicle. Mechanics communicate very well what they are seeing with the vehicle and seem to truly care about finding the right solution for their customers.

The wipers of our vehicle were mangled in a car wash and Penn Auto Care did a great job of getting things functional again while we waited for parts and then finished everything up the following week once the parts were available. Great overall experience!

Complete professionals. I had been told I urgently needed to repair a suspension component at another shop, went to Dan here and he told me it wasn't urgent, explained the issue in depth and even offered to provide pictures of the cause. Dan could have told me I needed it repaired (a costly one at that) but instead he showed extreme integrity and care and only charged me a small fee to look at it. We will be coming here again in the future.

Beware this shop. I once was referred to penn auto and I trusted them. I have gotten lots of work done and thought I was happy. Last December I brought my car in to get a new catalytic converter and was charged $1500. At that same time they mentioned that my breaks were down to 10% remaining. Now end of August I heard my brakes squeaking and assumed I needed replacements all around like he recommended. (He estimated $1100) I ended up taking my car to a shop closer to my work and after looking they said my breaks were at roughly 50% worn and did not need to be replaced. They also quoted my second catalytic converter that needs to be replaced at $980. Penn Auto over charged me and lied to me about my breaks plus asked for a tip on the invoice and charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. I highly recommend getting a second opinion if you go to this shop.
