Needed a anti rotation washer for my bike. Drove all over looking for one, 3 hardware stores, home depot and 2 Eric's Bike shop. Nobody could help me. Drive to Minneapolis to perennial cycle. They had exactly what I needed. Thanks guys. You're the best. Love the sign out front.

I made a mistake and didn't order the right item before a bike tour. Once I realized and created a new order, Luke was so kind to help prep my part right away to make it in time for my departure. You don't get this level of support from the big box chains! I so appreciate Perennial and won't take this for granted.
