extremely rude customer service. called about return policy and the person who picked up was extremely rude and gave attitude. if you can’t the bare minimum of customer service then why even work there.

Such great helpful staff! I did my first instacart order there and they were great about helping me find things. It's not my normal pet store to shop at, but I think I may change that. This location is awesome!
I am updating my post to say that I will no longer shop at this store. I just heard on the crime page that there were people oding in the bathroom. I was not allowed to use the bathroom as a paying customer. I had to go to Cub foods. But yet they let homeless people use the bathroom to do drugs in. I will shop at other locations but stay far away from this one. I hate not being able to support businesses in my city but if they allow homeless people to use the bathrooms for drugs why can't paying customers use them?

I’ve tried twice to get my cat’s nails trimmed here. Both times I have called in advance and agreed upon a time when the groomer is available, often having to make arrangements around work for me to come by. Both times I make the drive only to be told that the groomer is out sick that day and wouldn’t be in for several days. The customer service in these scenarios was quite disappointing — I wish I had gotten a phone call that morning letting me know that the groomer wouldn’t actually be in when they told me they would be. I unfortunately won’t be coming back to this location for grooming services anymore.

The groomer who's name starts with an S mislead and over charged me for services that weren't even rendered. Additionally the cut my dog received was uneven and just looked all around terrible. I've had positive experience prior but won't be bringing my dog back here for sure.

Terrible experience ! Was told that I cannot get a baby pleco for my 40 inch tank and that he would not sale it to me unless I have a tank 55 inches or bigger !!! I have 2 adult plecos in there right now & has not had any issues !!! Fine whatever ! I will not be returning ! If you want fish , go somewhere else !

I came in today, spent over $100 on cat food, went all the way to the back of the store with my mobility aid to use the restroom, and had an employee refuse to give me the code, saying "we don't have public bathrooms... walk to Target." The response didn't change after I clarified that I was a customer, not just someone coming in to use the bathroom. It's not very easy for me to walk to the back of the store, let alone down to another place in the strip mall. Having no decency for human beings wanting to take care of basic needs means I go elsewhere. (Not all PetSmart locations are like this.)

Me and my friend went here to get a goldfish that costed 40 cents but told me i needed a big 30 gallon tank that costed 140 dollars. i used to have a goldfish and they don’t need heat as long as the water is warm and the fish is upkept. if you wanna fish go somewhere else

If you are trying to find training classes for a small dog, I would suggest finding another place or get private lessons . I showed up and 1/2 the class time was trying to control the large dogs and trying to stop another dog from barking. Then she set us out into the aisles to work on adding stay to our sit. Well maybe me should work on sit first. Then she suggested I move to the puppy class since my dog is so small. No thanks that day does not work for my schedule. So I basically paid for a clicker but no learning

As someone who works a very sporadic work schedule it’s hard for me to be able to make it places early in the day to shop. I came to this location today looking to buy a hamster after getting off a nine hour shift and asked the person if they could help me. They responded by saying they stop half hour before close. It was 8:29 and helping me grab a hamster would have maybe taken all of five minutes but I was told no because it was one minute before the cut off. As someone who works in retail, great customer service would have just been doing it anyways, even if it’s one minute till the cut off. This isn’t the first time I have felt the employee seemed irritated to help me when it’s been closer to close, but closer to close has always been 1-2 hours prior to close it’s not like it’s 10 minutes before close. Needless to say, I’m going to make my purchases at a different location moving forward.

This store is always in stock of my cat food and they have great deals with their Treats app! When I shopped there about a month ago, they had a deal where you got 10 times the points if you activated an offer on the app. I got about 20% back in savings that I can use next time!

My partner and I were looking to adopt a cat, we visited this location in hopes of meeting some of the cats. Only to find out that we have to talk to someone that decides if we are even worthy to meet the cats. I have never had this experience adopting an animal before. This person arrives and just stands there and stares at us uncomfortably until we say something. We didn’t end up getting to meet the cat who we were interested in, and we didn’t end up adopting from PetSmart. Both of the shelters we went to after let us right in to meet the cats, and we eventually adopted. If anyone is looking to adopt - don’t do it here. Go to a real rescue instead.
